A Director, I know you do not condone this horrible man. Even Hillary praised the her for being a remarkable women and her father on how she and her brother and sisters were raised.
The guy went on Twitter to brag about stalking and harrassing her and her children, but deleted his account. Believe it or not he is Professor at Hunter College. I bet they will be pressured to fire him. I am surpriseI that you bashing her for traveling like an everyman and not a princess.
I would take Ivankas hand me downs in a minute! She has great style.
I voted for Hillary Clinton and am very saddened that she did not win but what these men did to Ivanka Trump was just wrong. No one has the right to treat anybody like this, even if she happens to be the daughter of one of the most reviled President-elects in recent memory.
This behavior does not in any way, shape or form change the outcome of the election. It solves nothing.
The men who did this should be ashamed of themselves.
They are utter fools. Matthew Lasner tried to defend his husband's actions by stating he was expressing himself in a calm tone but an hour prior he tweeted that his husband was chasing Ivanka down to harass her. He has since deleted his twitter account because after all it is incriminating.
The fact that Lasner had his young child in his arms while berating Ivanka is reprehensible! What kind of an example is he setting for that child?
This is not the best example of "When they go low, we go high."
One thing the Don and I agree on is that his daughter is one hot piece of ass. What is she gonna wear? Petra, Concierge, I think we need a new thread. Maybe since you can't get any entertainers to perform you could have a runway thing instead.
Oh, please. Please don't try to equate her to the Obama girls, Bush girls, or Chelsea during Bill's administration. This is an entirely different situation. Ivanka is a public figure who has done nothing to separate herself from the hateful rhetoric of her father. In fact, she's embraced it. She's going to be taking the first lady's office (because her mother is an incompetent, slutty, louse) and is poised to become the most active and involved first daughter we've ever had. Is there any doubt that she'll be shaping a lot of policy the next four years? If she wanted "privacy" she wouldn't be moving to Washington, wouldn't be setting up an office in the White House, wouldn't be standing behind her dad...she wants this. And now she gets to take everything that goes along with this position, including acknowledging the fact that most people hate her father.
She supports climate change regulation and Paris. Oh and she has been proud of her country. Never ashamed and without hope like Flotus. Always. Not just the day her father was elected President
"Oh and she has been proud of her country. Never ashamed and without hope like Flotus."
It's a great nation with considerable room for improvement. I don't begrudge Ivanka her success but only a complete idiot would not recognize which one has had the harder row to hoe in life. Trust me when I write that the Flotus is an inspirational figure for a lot of Americans. We're most proud of her for getting to where she is under her own steam overcoming incredible odds in the process. She wasn't born with a silver spoon in her mouth nor did she marry into wealth & influence.
She's married to man who wouldn't have had a snowball's chance in hell of being elected US president had he hit the scene even 10 years sooner. He would have been instantly disqualified, like her, for reasons that have nothing to do with either's experience, competence or leadership ability.
You at least pretend to be clever so I'm sure you can read between the lines here, Petra.

Most Americans with cognitive skills beyond that of a third grader can point to times they've been ashamed of this country. Where do you want to start?
She supports Paris? The city or the vapid ex-reality princess? Neither seems very relevant to anything but the latter makes more sense.
And if you've never had a reason to be ashamed of this country then you either don't care about the country or simply have never once paid attention to anything happening in this country. So, for any of the members of Captain Creamsicle's family, I wouldn't be at all surprised if none of them had ever felt ashamed for the US. I think they care only about daddy's bubble in which they live which has little to do with the country itself. But you know this already. Why do so many of these instigators remind me so much of VoiceAnth?

Very funny Matt. Paris climate agreement though im sure shes support The city too after the Terrorism.
You have something very wrong Matt. She said ahe was FINALLY proud of her country. For thr first time. Not ashaned about one or two things. All it took was her husband being president. That is in my opinion a horrible thing to say anout the greatest country on the earth.
It may come as a surprise to you Petra, but perfection is often elusive. If you've mastered it in every avenue of your life, then consider yourself fortunate. Otherwise, consider humbling yourself a bit and resist the urge to be judge, jury, and executioner of everyone who holds views counter to your own, especially those with considerably more time both in the US and on this planet. The hubris of youth has a way of biting folks in the azz later in life. Many of us on this board have seen this movie before.
You have something wrong Petra. She said, speaking specifically about the 2008 primaries, "For the first time in my adult life, I am really proud of my country because it feels like hope is finally making a comeback". You're semantically splitting hairs, just like Cindy McCain did back in 2008 when the comment was made. I didn't think it was a horrible thing to say back then about what you consider to be the "greatest country in the world" and I don't think it now. I am often ashamed of the US and its policies, both domestic and foreign. The cost of health insurance and education alone are worthy of shame. The racism, homophobia and hypocritical religious prejudice are worthy of shame. The increase in gun violence and mass shootings while simultaneously demonizing all Muslims as terrorists is worthy of shame. This Presidential election is worthy of shame. I think those proud of these shame-worthy attributes should probably move to the Middle-East where their values would better represented and welcomed by the ruling governments.

Javaro, Matt. I am not saying we live in Valhalla You I think may agree that the problems you have listed are worse on whole everywhere than in United States especially when you consider the size.
