""What does any of the above have to do with the facts of the case? People, including politicians, can do and think whatever they like.""
johnboy, i agree with what you say here. my point of including RFK, Clinton etc who believe jfk was conspiracied was that our PalJoey trolled me and said I was stupid for believing so. I included some people i assume he respects showing they think like me. so either hes wrong or they are stupid too.

in it she talks about Lee, the investigation her children and thanks the american people for their support and Generosity

the House Committee on Assassinations that concluded the WC was wrong.
The House Committee's report was later discredited, because the committee made its determination solely based on false acoustic evidence.
And let's leave your feelings about John Kerry's credibility out of the conversation, mmmkay?

The surveys are unfortunate, because they phrase the question as "Do you think one man was responsible or do you think others were involved?"
Yet 40% cannot name one person or group who was involved, 13% think the "federal government," another 13% say "the Mafia" and smaller groups say the CIA, Fidel Castro, KKK, Russia, Communists, J. Edgar Hoover, the Teamsters, and "Big Business."
But the surveys never isolate the large number of people who think Oswald was a lone gunman who might have been aided or abetted but one (or more!) of those groups.
In other words, most Americans consider themselves "JFK conspiracy buffs" because it's more fun that way.
And, actually, that 61% number is down from 81% in 2001, so it seems that more and more Americans are taking serious and not "funsy" looks at the assassination and realizing that the only thing we DO know is that it was one gun, three bullets, one shooter.

JOEY, are you messing with me? You must be PUNKING me right? Must be, cuz its the only explanation on why you dont think John Kerry, RFK, the HC are credibible. but you keep mentioning Gerald Posner who is universally known as a lying, publically acknowledged plaguerist and the WC which is the biggest joke that the US Govt has ever put out.
ALSO, RFK Jr: Dad believed Warren Commission "shoddy"
He said his father thought the Warren Commission, which concluded Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone in killing the president, was a "shoddy piece of craftsmanship." He said that he, too, questioned the report.
"The evidence at this point I think is very, very convincing that it was not a lone gunman," he said, but he didn't say what he believed may have happened.
(Charley) Rose asked if he believed his father, the U.S. attorney general at the time of his brother's death, felt "some sense of guilt because he thought there might have been a link between his very aggressive efforts against organized crime."
Kennedy replied: "I think that's true. He talked about that. He publicly supported the Warren Commission report but privately he was dismissive of it."

As I have said over and over and over: One gun, three bullets, one gunman.
And tens of thousands of people who wanted him dead.
All the commissions have been faulty but history will show that the PalJoey Commission told the absolute truth: "One gun, three bullets, one gunman. And tens of thousands of people who wanted him dead."

i really wish that was true. but Im afraid thats pollyanna thinking.
if it was the govt/military/fbi/cia would have released all their files as President Clinton asked back when he was first in office. as the KGB has.
and dont give me National Security, the favorite word of law enforcement to commit privacy invasions because...
1) the cold war is over. Russia is our friend now
2) Cuba is no threat and it stopped being one once CCCP was gone.
3) The Mafia families that were suspected are long dead and de-toothed.

Okay, the 50th anniversary of the assassination is over, and, to tell you the truth, I've been bored by your stupid trollish posts for five days now.
You have nothing to contribute to this board, you never have, everyone despises you, and I will happily go back to ignoring you.
You served your purpose. Now I would like you to disappear.
RE-BLOCKED.

She keeps repeating the same thing, over and over and over, again. Based on nothing, she's convinced of something that isn't there. I'm actually being serious. I notice some are calling her/him a troll, but have you considered that he/she suffers from a mental disability?

I haven't seriously considered that, but it does seem possible as I've seen it troll and troll and then say it enjoyed "debating" with the people who have slammed it against the wall over and over again. Sure, people have "debated" it in the way one "debates" gnats and mosquitoes one swats. I suppose with cognition problems it could explain that when tensions between it and everyone else on the board reach crescendoes it inevitably posts how it loves us and we're like a family. No one here feels that way about the troll or its trolling.

Absolutely. But just because she's mentally impaired doesn't mean she's not a troll. Trolls are defined by their actions, not their mental capacity.

If we are going to continue debating about releasing documents related to the assassination of JFK, you should at least be truthful about the documents. Clinton sought the release of what documents he was able to within his reasonable powers.
The vast majority of the documents have, in fact, been released. The remaining documents WILL, in fact, be released in due times. They, along with certain artifacts, are sealed to the public for a specified time. As those seals expire, they will be released. Once such item is Jackie's suit, still not laundered from that day and safely kept at the National Archive. I believe several pieces, including that suit and JFK's suit from that day, are available for private viewing in the archive with personal permission from a specified Kennedy family member and will not be made available for public view for (I believe) 40 more years.
