eslgr8's posts were always thoughtful and heartfelt. He's a decent soul whose positive contributions to this board will be missed. He was respectful of others and all he asked for was a little respect in return. The negativity on this board is rampant. It's become an unfriendly and unwelcoming place. There are a handful of hate-mongers with a handful of cheerleaders that give this place a bad name. However, unlike eslgr8, I've decided not to leave, but rather to stick around and fight tooth and nail to make this a kinder and gentler place.
