I think my team has America Samoa locked up for Tuesday. Jeeeesh!
I am very very angry that these clownish republicans and now the f@cking media, especially MSNBC and FOX are repeatedly saying that President Obama has done nothing in the past 7 years. The people are tired of Washington and want change". They say the citizens are revolting because President Obama has done nothing to enact meaningful change. Don't they realize that every time President Obama tried to pass new legislation, he has been blocked at every turn by the House and the Senate. If the people truly want changes, elect new Congressmen and Senators!
There is no way the country can pay for these pie in the sky promises, Unfortunately, I hope it will not be too late.
The base evangelicals so intent on change just want everything for free. They have been and continue to be brainwashed by the Father, (the Constitution), the Son, (Donald Tramp) and the (soon to be Holy Ghost), Bernie Sanders.

This is all I want to say to that woman who just won South Carolina tonight. 1:31 to 1:36 & 4:13 to 4:17.
I really hope Michael Bloomberg does something very soon.

Congrats Clintonians, Brian, that was some stupid ****.
South Florida said: "Congrats Clintonians, Brian, that was some stupid ****.
Was that directed at me?

I've been out of the country for my birthday. Has Bernie ended his campaign and endorsed Hillary yet?
This morning, Trump refused to disavow the endorsement of David Duke and the KKK.

At this post, the role of Dave19 will be played by FindingNamo:
Hillary Clinton hasn't disavowed all the votes of the negro voters in South Carolina either and it's exactly the same thing but you have double agenda's.
You can be a smug dick sometimes.

You think this is gonna get any converts?

This reads a little bit goofy.
Namo, how many people have more than 1 name?
"I've been out of the country for my birthday. Has Bernie ended his campaign and endorsed Hillary yet?"
Do you think this is a good strategy?
Seems kind of pompous.

Bernie's chances aren't looking good, unfortunately. That's too bad for many Americans, and unless Hillary changes her mind RE: policies (which, given her track record is actually very possible), it's a shame you might have to wait at least another decade for many of the domestic policies that are enjoyed elsewhere. For example:
I will shout YEAHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bernie's vision for the USA sounds wonderful, and his policies have been tried and tested in other parts of the world.

I like when Bernie is asked how is going to implement these polices with a congress who wouldn't work at all with the current president and he says, "We need a revolution!"

Like the one in Les Miz! Oh my god. Just. Exactly. Like. The. One. In. Les Miz
That revolution was thwarted.
qolbinau, that's all very nice, but as Phyllis Rogers Stone pointed out, none of that is even feasible with a Republican-controlled Congress. That's why Obama has had difficulty getting things passed; they blocked him at every turn just to ensure his failure, and in effect the country's. In fact, when Obama was first elected, the Republicans openly said that their main concern was to make Obama a one-term president. Remember, this was shortly after the stock market crash and in the midst of the Great Recession. Thus, their priorities were warped, as usual. I don't know how things are in Australia, but in the US the president can't just make those things happen. Congress (i.e. House of Representatives and the Senate) makes the (federal) laws and the President signs them... or vetoes it.

Thanks for restating my point! Happy to have the help. I knew the frowny face didn't get at it enough.

I'm neutral in the Sanders/Clinton race, but isn't this a good question to ask of Clinton as well? Or, if it's been asked, I'm curious about her answer. After all, if elected, Clinton is also going to have to deal with a Republican House of Representatives and, quite possibly, Senate, and these people despise her with a burning passion. What is her plan to win over the likes of Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell?
Incidentally, when I made a similar comment on Facebook a while back, my Sanders-supporting friend replied: "When they're chilling at the yacht club they cut some deals, or, you know, the bankers give them the same marching orders."

Does she have entitlements at the crux of her campaign that will require Congress to pass?
And wen she proposes free college for all and single-payer insurance, she should absolutely be asked how she plans to pay for it.

PRS is correct. It's amazing the large number of people who forget just how moderate (and hawkish) Hillary Clinton is. She is not for single payer, she is not for campaign finance reform, she is not for free access to college, she is for military intervention and she is for wall street bailouts. Bernie being in the race has pulled her talking points so far to the left that some people are ignoring her actual voting record and past stances on policy issues. As soon as she wins the nomination, she will swing back toward the center.
My point is just that to get anything of significance done, even if it's much more modest than what Sanders is proposing, she's going to need to get laws passed by Congress. And I just can't see her having any more success with Republican leaders than Obama has had.
I think it's an absolutely fair question to ask of Sanders, no question about it; I just think I'd like to hear Clinton's answer, too.
