Japanese food is definitely the hottest.

Too much MSG kills chinese food. But the best place to have chinese food is Toronto, Canada. Believe it or not...that city has the best chinese food. My favorite there is when they have two whole crabs cooked with Garlic, green onions and all that good stuff, then they steem it over a huge mound of yummy fried rice with some orange roe...and that is to die for.
