Tried that. Didn't work.
Tickets secured. But that was what I imagine Hell is like, just trying to get those, for all eternity. And I’m sorry - it’s 2025. There’s no excuse for a these sites to crash IMMEDIATELY.

You are 100% correct. Absolutely no excuse. Now I've completely lost interest.
This is maddening.

It took several attempts (and crashes) -- but I finally got mine. A pair in front row mezz!
I have attempted to get tickets dozens of times over the past 32 minutes and have only gotten server errors. What a joke.

Third time adding a ticket to my cart and it's spinning and then said to try again because it resets after a period of inactivity. That was rude. That was pretty f*cking rude.
edit: I'm getting so annoyed now. I got in again (5th time), added the ticket to cart. But when I logged in it said I had too many attempts - you think! - so I created a new account. Got to the next page, and then it crashed again. I've got it open on 4 devices, 3 different browsers, and it keeps crashing.
For what a total disaster this was, I really hope they film this.
For those still waiting, if you’ve ever bought tix from them before and don’t remember your password itll make you reset it by email which will kick you out of the checkout page and lose your seats and then make you wait AGAIN for the site to be back up before it’ll let you change or do anything with your password.

Finally! Was able to get a seat on my 7th or 8th 'add to cart' and second new account. Glad to finally be done with this.
There seemed to be plenty of balcony seats available - a lot of the same seats popping back up so most people must be having the same issues with adding a ticket to their cart and then getting an error message.
Anyone else constantly singing "orchestra or balcony" to themselves the whole time?
Finally, after an hour and 2,000 errors, got a couple seats in the front row balcony. For as long as that took and as many people who must be trying for tickets, I didn’t expect as many open seats as I saw.
What i don’t understand is, it says my tickets will be emailed from Telecharge so why is this janky ass site selling them and not Telecharge?

Let me in again just now but only on my phone. Most balcony is still there for $150
edit - nevermind lol they’re pretty much all gone.
Got a balcony seat. Thrilled right now. Only took an hour...

Good god, the entitlement here. Tech issues aren’t a personal affront to you. And I’m sure all of you trying to log on and purchase from multiple devices only slows down the process.
Also, it’s a *benefit* concert. Everyone screaming for “they better film it if I don’t get my lowest price ticket” clearly don’t know that costs for filming these things significantly impact the net proceeds. Feel free to write a bigger check to underwrite those costs.

They must have fixed the tech issues (or people gave up) because everything is moving quickly now. Balcony went from pretty much all available to sold out in the last 15 minutes and only a handful mezz seats left.

Oh, shut up.
Who is acting entitled…? “Entitled” to access the public ticketing site they’ve been advertising at the date and time they also advertised…?
Shut UP.

I was actually able to get a ticket, but sure.
I just happen to agree with those bemoaning the sh*tty ticketing systems this industry has in place. Has nothing to do with entitlement and everything to do with awful customer services.
There is zero excuse for these events to be a ticketing nightmare every single time they happen. This isn’t The Eras Tour we’re talking about here.
The nerve and entitlement of people on a theater board discussing theater related things like tickets, right?
I swear, people are so determined to be outraged and offended that they don’t even take two seconds to think things through before they say sh*t.
Expecting a ticketing site to FUNCTION is now considered entitlement? Mmmmk.

They've updated the cast list of the website. Seems like more names are going to be officially added as I've seen some alumni from the revival and 1st national tour say they're taking part in it.
