BG2 does NOT like Kushnier. Liked him in Footloose. Liked him as Roger at first.. now.. nope. he needs to move on.

BG2 DOES quite enjoy SERGE Kushnier though!

I've probably seen 10-12 different Rogers, and Jeremy's the only one who has made me cry during OSL.

OSL???

Oh. Well then... let's move on with ourselves, shall we?

Just stop making fun of me......Who me sad?

Methinks BG2 LOVES everything and anything to do with Hairspray

Well, crap. I had this whole post typed out, and selected "clear form" instead of "post message." Err, it went something like this.

I really liked Jeremy when I saw him, but I cannot wait until Cary Shields comes back in January. (shallow)Oh my GOD that man is beautiful and makes me feel all tingly(/shallow). I saw Drew last month, and while I didn't think he was AMAZING or anything, I was definitely entertained. He's enjoyable. Plus, his Halloween was absolutely spectacular. Best I've heard in a while.

I feel like I've been neglecting you guys and this thread the past few days. But I've just gotten so caught up in this board. Some of the threads are just SO WEIRD. I'm sad, though - the mods deleted my favorite, the "CONGRATULATIONS JUSTIN GUARINI" thread about him making his Broadway debut in Good Vibrations. That was some funny ****.

I can't make it to the Pippin concert *shakes fist at Monday night appearance*, but I'm definitely planning on forking out the $25 for the bad seats to see Michael at that thing at Encores on the 21st. Anyone else planning on going? I'm still waiting, though, for Aaron to do something. Anything, as long as I can attend. Of course, since he's the main reason I got into Bare, he's the one that I'll never get to see live or meet. *grumble grumble*

fishergirl, do you mean Cary's "His death is in vain!" Because Cary acts the hell out of that line.

Not sure what I'm doing yet about the Pippin concert. Stupid Monday night rehearsals.

I've seen Jeremy as Roger twice. Loved him the first time, but last weekend, he just seemed whiney. I don't know what it was, but I didn't feel any emotional connection to Roger. He got really pissed off and slammed the table down during the New Year sequence. I mean, I know he's angry and all, but I feared for Mimi's safety. It was crazy.

Still don't know about the 21st.

The TraceeCrush icon is back!

I left work early, stopped by my mailbox, and what do I find? A package from my dear, sweet, adorable, new bestest friend in the whole wide world! This was just the pick-up I needed. The past 24 hours have been just horrible! Too much drama! Those of you who have read my LJ can probably figure out what (or who, actually) has made it so, what's the word, crap-tastic? Crap-tacular? Anyway, it's sucked. And not in the nice, feel-good kinda way.

cannot wait until Cary Shields comes back in January

FisherGirl - Thanks for the good news about Cary, I did not know he was coming back in Jan!!! I have never had the chance to see him, except for in Taboo, and I really enjoyed his voice, and I guess he is not so bad on the eyes either. Anyway, hopefully I will be able to catch him this time around, I know I should go ask this on a Rent Board somewhere, but just for the heck of it any idea how long he will be doing it?

Wow, I really can not believe how off topic that last paragraph was, onto Bare...Anyone know what is happening with the Barees site? I just think it seems weird that they said it is closing after the 27th, and no one has really cashed out any of thier points yet, well no one that is except for me? Maybe everyone is just wishfully thinking, or waiting until the last day? I don't even know why I care, I just like to over analyze everything??

Also I was thinking about a rumor that was going on about John the other day, that he was going to be in some new Hilton's show on TV, what ever happened with that I wonder never even saw a new Hilton's show, maybe the Bare Curse carried over onto this show too?

EDITED: Okay, this is really sad that I was searching Brooklyn pics on b'way.com for any signs of Bare sightings, but alas all I could come up with was one of Aaron...Fishergirl this one is for you...

Yah! I haven't received a PM from you in awhile, though...are you mad at me?

Situation rectified! :)

WTF? Bare has more heart in it's worst number than Brooklyn has in its entirety.

It's unbelievable, isn't it?

MadeofGold and Trisky....what a great surprise to run into you both at Wicked Lotto. Too bad none of us won though. Those darn tourists! LOL. Let me know if you guys try again!

Nice to see you too hon. It's always nice to be LOSERS with cool people! Who me sad?

think it looks bright now? lol. Our 2day is prone to blonde moments.... but we love him anyhow.

LOL! This is why we're the perfect fake fg/fb team. We can be incredibly blond together! :)

I'll break out my boots and defend him until the end! Love Jeremy.

I think Jeremy is AMAZING! Who me sad?

BG2 does NOT like Kushnier. Liked him in Footloose. Liked him as Roger at first.. now.. nope. he needs to move on.

Who me sad? I love me the Jeremy!

Aww, thank you, apgal! Now if only we could do something about that thing on his arm....Oh, um, did I say that? Was that mean? :-X

This confirms my suspicions that I must live outside the Brooklyn theatre and follow Eden home. I happened to be walking past the theatre a few weeks ago when the show was letting out, so I decided to stage door it, in hopes of seeing my darling Cleavant, but only saw Karen/Ramona/Eden. Fought the urge to ask Eden where Aaron was. Heh.

Edited to clarify that I would never actually follow Eden home. I would never stalk her or anything. Nope, I leave that job to Trisky, her bestest buddy evah. *ducks* Updated On: 10/22/04 at 07:28 PM

a potentially out of the loop question...is stage one still being "held" for "bare"?

if so, and, if a legitimate run of the show isn't possible in new york, wouldn't it serve the production (and the fans) to maybe stage a one-night only performance or perhaps a weekend of a concert staging of the show? (i know nothing of producing, so don't know if this is possible, but just thought i'd ask...not being ready to let the show go!)

I think that's a great idea. I'm not sure what the logistics would be behind it either but a one-night concert, a reading, a dvd release, anything, would be wonderful. Le sigh.

A package from my dear, sweet, adorable, new bestest friend in the whole wide world!

I think that may be the first time in the history of the world the words sweet and adorable were used in the same sentence to describe me and the person using them didn't implode on sight.

I hope it's helping cheer you up!

If they staged it at DSW so I could go shoe shopping afterwards that would be even better! Who me sad? Seriously, I know the chances are probably nil for either any kind of reading, but they should think about the bottom line. Money, money, money. I'm sure they could turn a profit on some kind of release. Then again the legalities would probably hold them up.

Hey. I think I've called you sweet before. Of course I was drunk, but still! :)

BTW, that icon is...I can't even comment because it's so adorkably hysterical! :P

I wonder what the legalities of that would be? I'd just like to state for the record that I would pay ANY amount of money and also give Damon or Kristin a kidney should they be able to put this together. Thank you.

That's very kind of you to say. I'll send your $20 post haste.

Hey. I think I've called you sweet before. Of course I was drunk, but still! :)

Perhaps the context was something like "as compared to a piece of bitter grapefruit, you seem sweet" or something.

And you know you love that picture almost as much as I do. How stupid would we look if we walked around in matching hats?

I wonder what the legalities of that would be? I'd just like to state for the record that I would pay ANY amount of money and also give Damon or Kristin a kidney should they be able to put this together. Thank you.

I imagine if they're having such a hard time with just getting it back on a NY stage that the technical details of any kind of presentation are long and complicated. I suppose whatever contracts they have signed have not expired, or Dodgers owns part of the show, or the union regulations are a pain or some such so they can't feel free to do with it what they please.

I'm not sure I'd give up a kidney as that seems quite necessary in life, but the spleen can go, that seems to be a rather useless organ if it's removed so often.

What if all the local Bare kids did RENT lotto one night and then proceeded to collect donations outside the Neder until the show began? Then we could sing "911" during La Vie Boheme.

Alas, the sound of my singing voice would shutter not only Bare for good, but Rent as well as people ran in horror. Maybe I could direct!

First of all, we HAVE to wish the uber amazing John Hill a happy birthday! Yes, I'm a dork for John and started my very first thread on BWW.com for him! I'll probably be slammed and moved to the OT Board but whatever. :)

And I'm an even worse singer than you so I think I'll just hand out refreshments!

As I posted in your LJ, we look like Q-tips! <333

OK, first, a random comment. I just came back from a horrible bad production of Jekyll and Hyde. Lucy stole the show and ran with it to Mexico, but the actor playing Jekyll/Hyde made me yearn for David Hassellhoff....

Okay, about 911, I have had thoughts about doing an all male version! How hilarious would that be???

Seriously, these days, I just would LOVE to hear ONE SONG from Bare sung live!!!! Would LOVE it! LOL
