Probably still looking for where it took place. :)

One of the more bizarre moments on a site that has had a lot of them over the years.

I just can't imagine anyone taking a story/character to that level of delusion. Sort of shocking and sad at the same time.

Really hope we haven’t heard the last of Showbiz.. this thread has been way more entertaining than the show. Predicting pans tomorrow which it deserves - not for Jasmine though of course.

Yeah I'm sure the show that got glowing reviews in Chicago suddenly is really bad in the eyes of all critics lol

Per Adam Feldman. Not sure if I had fully understood from the comments in this thread that the embargo was on Monday NIGHT, not Monday midnight.

 

A lot of people are understandably confused by this: Boop had its gala opening yesterday, but the press embargo is tomorrow night—part of a growing trend of trying to insulate opening celebrations from reviews. (Which doesn’t necessarily mean they think the reviews will be bad.)

I'm predicting more mixed to positive and raves for Jasmine!  It's simply a FUN musical and you leave Happy!

Agree. The 'Where is Betty' trick was simple but amazing. I've never seen anything like it.
