Shuffle Along and Waitress look like the most successful options to me. I also think School of Rock will get in there. The last spot (if there's 5 nominees, which I think there will be in such a packed year) will either to American Psycho, Tuck Everlasting, or On Your Feet (if it's still running).

There's really no way of telling based on the number of eligible show. It just depends on the gap between the number of votes that the 4th place contender gets and the 5th place contender gets (or something along those lines).
After just coming across this thread now, you should all take a look at the predictions we've made.
This past year was the first time we've seen 5 nominees for Best Musical since 1960, Waitress apparently didn't end up being as strong of a contender as you all thought it would, Bright Star was a surprise nominee (I wouldn't be surprised if the two shows that received three votes or less in the nominating process were that and Waitress), and American Psycho was clearly no contender at all.
