Ageist comments? You're making it seem like I'm knocking Betty Buckley or something. I was merely pointing out that is totally understandable that a touring schedule like this would be much more taxing on someone of her age and that it's also understandable that she's been out a lot. SMH. I was excusing her missing shows not knocking her for missing them.

I care. Her name is above the title. I cared when she was out in Chicago, when she was out in Florida, when she was out for most of the run in Costa Mesa, when she was out in Los Angeles, and the few weeks she is out now. I care. Why do you care that I care? This is a theater chat board. We discuss things. Old or not old.. she has missed a ton of shows. It has been a long time since we have had a national tour with a above the title name. It is interesting to me. I care. I enjoy obsessing over it. I care. And if you don't understand that.. I don't care.

You might have missed it; but the chat boards went crazy when Bette missed one afternoon. I don't follow Ben Platt threads but my understanding is that there was also a big bruhaha.
