Morgan James, who recently performed at James Barbour's Sardi's "Love Songs Concert", is listed as coming from a "theatrical family". Is she in any way related to Brian d'Arcy James?
Are there any children of Broadway performers currently or previously performing on Broadway?
BTW, she is quite a gifted singer :I

I believe Mamie Gummer is the daughter of Meryl Streep. If Meryl's Mother Courage in Central Park counts as Bdwy.

Charlotte d'Amboise is the daughter of Jacques d'Amboise, a famous ballet dancer who I believe has done Broadway shows. Her mom also appeared in a couple Broadway shows.
homeimp -- I know this may shock you, but Meryl Streep has appeared in several Broadway productions:
Original Broadway cast of the musical HAPPY END in 1977
1977 Broadway revival of THE CHERRY ORCHARD
1976 Broadway revival of SECRET SERVICE
1976's A MEMORY OF TWO MONDAYS/27 WAGONS FULL OF COTTON
1975 Broadway revival of TRELAWNY OF THE "WELLS"
NOTE: and yes, Meryl is the mother of actress Mamie Gummer (her father is sculptor Don Gummer).

Right, BrodyFosse123, I thought she had! It was confusing to read that about Central Park =I
Refresh my memory on Jane Fonda...? (as you see, not a big fan here) :I
And, never mind! I just scrolled down and saw MrMidwest's post about the afore said :[

Wow! I didn't know any of these! Didn't know Jill Clayburgh's daughter was in the biz. And Martha Plimpton's dad is Carradine (?!).
I guess only Matthew was the obvious.
Alexander Gemignani is the son of legendary music director Paul Genignani. And from what I understand his god father is Stephen Sondheim
Jennifer Ehle is the daughter of Rosemary Harris.
Kate Burton is the daughter of Richard Burton.

REALLY? It must look awful for him to keep getting cast in his shows then!

I'm surprised that we haven't heard from what's his face who is so in love with Emma Zaks.
And just a small correction, Martha Plimpton's mother is named Shelley, not Martha. And according to my mentor, who was one of the stage managers on the original production of Hair, Keith Carradine was not happy when he found out he was going to be a father.

Her dad made his Broadway debut in 1929, and regularly appeared in plays for the next 50 years.
His name was Henry.
Benanti's mother is named Wonaburger?
Amanda Plummer is the daughter of Christopher Plummer and Tammy Grimes.

You're absolutely right! Oops. And I love Shelly Plimpton from Hair too. That was my typo. And ouch about Keith Carradine.
I found it amusing when watching Martha Plimpton in Top Girls, to think that her parents had basically fallen in love on that very same stage.

Morgan James isn't related to Brian D'Arcy James. I don't think any of her family are well-known actors. Her last name isn't even really James. That's a stage name.

TimesSquareRegular, I am aware of who Jane Fonda is, and who her father was (I would have just arrived from outer space if I didn't, or I suppose from some 3rd World country =I). My question was regarding "her" Broadway credits. And, as you see in my post later on, I acknowledged MrMidwest's reference to this, and I said, never mind.
I see your avatar (about no more being nice), but come on, don't let the irony around here infect you :[
