Oh! I see. I thought his "you're" was referring to the person asking the question. Like I said, it rubbed me the wrong way because what purpose would it serve to be snarky during a Q&A? Your explanation makes sense. I guess I misunderstood.

His Ask a Star was defenitely one of the more honest ones lol I loved how he needed to bring two videos of the "adult arousal genre" on a desert island lol

Agree Trey,

Constantine's answer about what movies he would bring to a deserted island was hysterical. That was a thoroughly enjoyable interview. Wonder if he will get thousands of bottles of shampoo in the mail...make that EXPENSIVE shampoo...

I thought it was great. The "he's a rock star and you're not" answer rubbed me the wrong way too but after reading responses to that, I definitely see how he could have been referring to himself.

I'm definitely not a fan. He and I share a mutual friend and I went with her to his dressing room after seeing the show. His dressing room has posters of himself on the walls and all he could talk about was himself...constantly bringing attention to his Tony nomination plaque and other things of that nature. Yes, it's great to take pride in your accomplishments, but for him it was just coming off as showing off. I definitely don't think he was worry of that Tony nomination. He stole it from James Barbour in my opinion.

I'm glad I wasn't the only one who questioned it. :)
I really hope that he was just referring to himself. I hate to think that he would be THAT snarky to a fan who took the time to ask him a question on a taped Q&A for the whole world to see.

I've seen videos of Constantine's dressing room and I'm willing to bet that most of the stuff he has displayed with his picture on it were gifts from fans - he gets alot of gifts - people make things for him.

He has every right to be excited about his Tony Award - it was a dream come true for him. I'm so happy for him. Also happy that he'll be back in ROA tomorrow night!

I like Constantine as much as the next ROA fan...however... his twitter thingies are so bizarre....

Today he writes: "Sux 4 u when u don't accept my frndshp & now u wanna be in MY show? Hmm.."

I feel like I am in some Broadway soap opera. And I don't understand anything that is going on.

This is so over my head. I follow Constantine on twitter...can I send him a message back...how does one do that...? PM me please if this is off topic. Thanks.

The first time I saw the show he entered at one point (I don't remember when exactly) and the crowd in the mezz was screaming his name and he looks up and goes "Who the F*ck is Constantine?" lol

This thread title is a little iffy. I've actually raelly enjoyed his performances in Jacques Brel and ROA, but as far as irresistible charm, I've gotten the impression that in real life, he is anything but. Sleazy? Maybe.
