Found him!
The cracks in Trump's [whatever... fill in the blank] are really showing. He is losing (polling popularity, on the world stage, the coming mid-terms, with his base, his mental state, the list goes on...). He is losing and he knows it. He's admitted it, out loud: "You got to win the midterms, because if we don’t win the midterms, it’s just going to be — I mean, they’ll find a reason to impeach me".
He is responding, like the child that he is, by acting out with growing, outlandish behaviors.

Working long hours due to IT issues which are more important than BWW posting. Anyway, I feel very bad for all those people losing their job. Could renovation be done without shutting the entire center down, I have no idea or expertise on that.
P.S. In my work office, I have three monitors which allows me to have many windows open on each monitor. At times, I may have BWW open on one of the many windows. WFH, I have two monitors plus my lab top open while working which also gives me flexibility to multi-task.

Starting July 4th; many of the shows I listed above have dates that fall after that."

A bit obsessed if you constantly have BWW open on one of your browsers.

Trump seems to be extremely jealous of First POTUS George Washington, who has many things named after him, including a state and the nation;s capital. Because he was,ya know, the FIRST! Trump needs to sit down and shut up,though I know he won't. Glad Schumer said no.

Trump’s Transportation Secretary hinted some time ago that Trump was looking for any excuse to take over rail transportation hubs in New York, D.C. and Boston, citing imagined “rampant crime” and “crumbling infrastructure”. This isn’t over. Trump seems to be hyper aware of his own mortality these days, and is looking to slap his name in big ugly ass gold letters on anything and everything before he dies. I suspect that the locals in New York and Boston will have their own names for those facilities if he tries. Something like “Douchebag Depot” seems appropriate.
Trump had to be talked out of eliminating the Kennedy name completely from the Kennedy Center, and I suspect that the battle isn’t over on that issue either.
This is a guy who, for his entire life, has simply taken whatever or whoever he wanted, whenever he wanted, without consequences. Don’t expect him to stop now.

In the WSJ op-ed a Republican private equity firm chairman suggests the Kennedy Center should close for good and demonstrates he has little understanding of the cultural arts scene in the nation's capital. Sigh. At least some people in the comments set his straight.
"Maybe It’s Time to Close the Kennedy Center for Good
Washington isn’t a cultural hub, the building is ugly, and its leaders don’t much care about the arts."

Washington certainly isn’t New York in terms of Art that’s for sure. I think the Kennedy Center could be truly great but it feels like it just skates by on touring shows, and then a random Broadway series in the summer. The National Symphony is the best thing, the Washington opera is eh

All one has to do is watch the Bad Bunny Super Bowl halftime show (spectacular in every way), and then see Trump's response to it to understand what an absolute travesty it is to have his name attached to anything related to the arts.

Usually if the address starts with wapo and not washingtonpost, it is a gift article. I think the Post wants your email address before you can read it, though.
In case that doesn't work, here's the article via Webarchive

Please don't give that jackass any more "airtime". He's Leni Riefenstahl minus any talent, intellect or knowledge of filmmaking.
