I really appreciate that Patti still auditions for shows that she's interested in! Granted, with something like this, and Woody Allen involved in the project, of course they're auditioning. The combinations of rumors have me wondering if Donna Murphy was cast, though both women auditioned.

Show is called War Paint. By grey gardens team. Friend is in a reading of it now. Based on famous makeup designers in 50s who were huge rivals....one stole the other's husband etc.

That person asked what her audition song was. I doubt if she's seen for a show she has to sing them 12 or 16 bars of something.
