Anyone thinking Tommy going to the Jacob's, Chess returning to the Imperial triumphantly this time,Suffs taking the Longacre or Broadhurst? Just askin?

Anyone seeing Lord Webber importing the recent London staging of "Aspects of Love" to Broadway, maybe to the Broadhurst post "A Beautiful Noise" or a limited run at the Schoenfeld, prior to "The Notebook"?
Aspects of Love has bombed in London. It will be lucky if it gets a UK tour, it most certainly won't move to Broadway.

I might be remembering incorrectly, but did I read somewhere that Suffs was waiting until next season because they were still working on the material?

That's what I've heard also.
It seems odd that the Schoenfeld will sit empty for the entire fall. Anyone think a limited run of something will go in there for the fall?

Maybe Lehman Trilogy? Or is that one definitely going to Beaumont?

No mention of "The Lehman Trilogy" on the LCT website as recently as yesterday.

Didn't 'Bad Cinderella' bomb in London too?
I have a hunch the next Andrew Lloyd Webber show to open on Broadway will be Phantom of the Opera.

It got good reviews (due to our UK critics just seeming to want to cheer it on as it was the first show opening after (during) the pandemic. It also inexplicably ran for almost a year.
Aspects got largely mixed to negative and is closing early. They can't give tickets away, the balconies are constantly closed.

Not until next season.
I thought it was going on tour first. What theatre would phantom open in? Majestic?

I had some naive hope for a NYC production and a new recording (how could there be four recordings of (By) Jeeves and only one of ALW's best score?), but I think the only chance we'll ever have is if Encores decides to do it someday. And I'd put that at well under 50/50.

The Shuberts are looking for a show.

Commercial rental of Studio 54, or a Roundabout-produced production?
with Zegler?
Circle in the Square, shubert, golden, James earl jones are the only ones now that don’t have a tenant for the spring. Hudson could possibly sneak something else in there but some say merrily will extend. Will Kimberly close?

The Longacre is still available for at least until the Lempicka announcement if that is where it goes.
The Palace should also be available in the spring if TSX Broadway stays on track for completion.
