Recently, Doctor Zhivago, Tuck Everlasting and Bonnie & Clyde. Bonnie & Clyde still hurts.

Loved and saw IT SHOULDA BEEN YOU multiple times...
AMERICAN PSYCHO; FINDING NEVERLAND (if that counts?); AMELIE was cute and had some decent laughs in it, too.

Honeymoon In Vegas, American Psycho, and Side Show for sure!
My heart is still broken as I remember the day Side Show posted closing notice. Ugh.
Bright Star is my all-time favorite musical. I went to the closing, and as soon as the show ended, I felt like a part of me was snatched away.

I'll second Big. It's nice to see the kids like Spencer Liff and Joseph Medeiros going on to have successful careers in theater. (Even if I do still picture them as kids.)
Leap of Faith
Sadly, I think Groundhog Day is going to be the newest addition. Without pulling some major upsets at the Tonys, I fear it's going to be swallowed up by this crazy season. I've looked at a few future dates and there are Friday & Saturday nights this summer and fall where it seems they've only sold about 100 tickets so far. I hope I'm wrong though.
I liked Jane Eyre a lot. Other flops I enjoyed are Bright Star, Taboo, American Psycho
I Can Get It For You Wholesale. It's remembered for Barbra Streisand but the score is full of gems and Marilyn Coopers songs deserve attention.
So many... but just off the top of my head... American Psycho, Rocky, Bright Star, Bullets Over Broadway
The Scottsboro Boys. Will never get over my disappointment of seeing it only once. Stunning. Meaningful. Important.

The Rink, Grind, Leader of the Pack, Jerry's Girls, Buddy, Big, The Wedding Singer, Bullets Over Broadway, Bright Star, American Phycho.
I saw Big: The Musical in what appeared to me to be a heavily revised, non-Equity tour in 1998. Different book and songs. Not so hot.
They're all musicals because I don't feel like looking up which plays (which are mostly limited runs) recouped, and which didn't. So, in no particular order:
--The Scottsboro Boys
--Tuck Everlasting
--The Last Ship
--American Psycho
--The Story of My Life (though I've only seen it regionally in a tiny house, which I suspect worked much better than Bway)
--Soul Doctor (sorry)
--Amelie (though I only saw it in Berkeley. Having recently listened to the cast album for the first time, I think they might have made it worse between Berkeley and Broadway - but that'sa discussion for another thread)
--Bridges of Madison County
--Finding Neverland (though it may well recoup on tour)
--Spring Awakening (Deaf West revival)

I realize that it's not from the last 18 months so probably won't count with most posting here, but I love both Amour and especially Triumph of Love.
IMHO, both Amour and Triumph of Love are nothing short of perfect...
for some community theatres, somewhere.
though in the hands of Betty Buckley and Melissa Errico they lit up Broadway!

Side Show and The Scotsboro Boys for sure. And I'd throw Young Frankenstein into the mix.
For me, it's Title of Show. I feel fortunate to have seen it, and there will never be another production that captures the unique qualities of that show. The night I went, the audience was so enthusiastic you would have thought it was the biggest hit on Broadway.
Tuck Everlasting, if only for the ballet number at the end.
