I couldn't believe the price when the girl told me. Were they that expensive the entire run or just near the end?

Speaking of the souvenir program, I was wondering if they had one for Bernadette. I recall that they had a slip or something with pictures of Bernadette in it... If so, how many pages was it and does anyone know where I could buy it?

Do you guys think Hello Dolly will be at the Broadway Flea? I stopped by their booth last year and I recall prices dropped throughout the day (i.e. they sold one of the rehearsal harmonia gardens wine glass sipped by Bette for $25.)

I would really love that sold out sandwich board sign they used during Bette performances. I always thought it would be neat if she signed it and raised a whole bunch of money for charity.

I'm guessing the Bernadette Peters insert souvenir books were only available for her run at the Shubert Theater. The only ones that I see online are Bette Midler. You may want to check eBay as well.

So, here is evidence that The Divine Miss M did indeed autograph Playbills on occasion along with circling the barricades and shake hands.

@BrodyFosse123, the playbills in those photos look like they're from the play "I'll Eat You Last" which Bette performed in back in 2013 at the Booth theatre.

Yeah, she often made the rounds and signed things at I'll Eat You Last.

I would love it when she would work the crowd and shake everyones hand. It was very heartfelt and lovely. More memorable than any signed playbill.

I agree with you! I waited and did stage door back in spring 2017 and Bette made the rounds and shook everyone's hands and thanked us for coming! A lady from Japan was visibly crying and shaking when Bette passed by her and then Bette gave her a hug! So much more memorable and touching in my opinion!
