It looks like Eva is out today/tonight 6/26 according to her IG. She mentioned a few days of vocal rest, so I'm not sure when she will return. I wonder if that would affect the SRO/Rush lines.

i can only speak to this for wednesday, but the line was not officially allowed to begin until 2:30, 30 minutes after the 2:00 matinee. when i got there around 1:15 people had started an unofficial line but they told us to move so we just stood nearby. i think at that rate it’s more about avoiding confusion for the people going in for the matinee and keeping SD for cast and crew. 

 

i was maybe 6 or 7 in line but i ended up buying a ticket off of a family who had an extra outside the theatre.

I arrived at 10:25am today on Thursday, June 27 for the evening performance and am sixth in line. I will update this post as developments happen.

They sold 6 rush and 9 standing room today (Thursday, June 27th). The last person to get standing room arrived at around 12:30pm.

I arrived in NYC today (I’m from Brazil) and was dying to see the show. I wasn’t willing to wait 7+ hours in line to get a rush ticket but also didn’t have 300$ to spend on a single ticket. So I tried to get the box tickets someone mentioned here, but there were none.

I arrived at 10 am at the booth and there was one person in front of me in line for the regular tickets and three warriors in line for the 5pm rush. The girl in front of me got a limited leg room ticket for 99$ for today’s session. I didn’t know those existed so I asked if I could get one too, and luckily, it was literally the last ticket from now to Wednesday (except for a few premium tickets).

 

I’m 5’0’’ so leg room is definitely not a problem for me lol, and therefore I’m getting to see my dream come true for 99$. I was so happy I thought I would faint ahahaha. I don’t know how’s the view but it’s not listed partial view and it is a second row orchestra left. I’ll report later on how it was!!

Literally just hopped off the bus from Toronto around 30 minutes ago and I’m 1st in line for tickets tonight! Updates to follow :)

Update: ~2.5 hours in. Current count: 5 people. Just chilling in the shade, wanting lemonade, and counting down the minutes to HADESTOWN!

Update: ~3.5 hours in. Currently 6 people in line. We have become one with the Walter Kerr Theatre entrance. Not too long now...

Hope you get something good.

I was thinking about doing the rush for next week, but then I checked Ticketmaster the other day, and they released some $99 and $169 box seats. Even though the boxes are considered limited view, I still took the $99 ones. The view looks fine to me on aviewfrommyseat.com. $99 was pretty reasonable compared to what else is out there and now I don't have to wait in line for hours.

also, i didn't want to imply waiting in line is a bad thing. I just don't live in the area, and am only going to be in NYC for 8 days and I need the time to do all my other typical touristy things. :)  so when I saw the $99s popped up, I jumped on them.

$99??  For when did you get $99?  I keep checking and never see anything less than $189.

Box B, row 1, seats 4 and 6 were $99, and all the other tickets in the box were $169. (i think the weekend ones were slightly more than midweek.)

I'm actually rushing The Prom, but I'm across from Hadestown. At 8:15 there were approximately 7 people.

After getting Prom tickets, there were around 10 people. I asked  when the first people got on line and they said 4AM
