Their office is at 114 W 40th St, New York, NY They do...as soon as you walk into their temporary LMS (while the regular one gets upgraded) you will see computer off to your left hand side. If you are picking up hard tickets you just see the people at the counter.
That's helpful. Though one has to keep in mind that there could be a wait at Stubhub, and that traversing several blocks in Times Square can be slow going. So, it depends on just how "last minute" the tickets are.
And when I went to SH for pick-up, their computer was down and all of these Beiber fans were panicking. So always keep computer glitches in mind.
Forgive my ignorance on this but I've never personally purchased tickets through StubHub. Are the tickets on there for real? I'm a little paranoid about possibly paying for a ticket for Hamilton only to get there and find out it's not a real ticket.
times for concerts and shows and never had an issues. They're the most reliable and in the unlikely event the tickets are not real...your money is guaranteed still.
Yes, they are usually real. Stubhub guarantees the tickets they sell, but if someone sells a fake ticket there is some chance that you could show up there, the ticket doesn't work, and they can't get you into the show. They would give you a refund (not sure about other compensation), but I think since they hold sellers accountable if this happens, Stubhub is a pretty safe bet for the most part.

Yesterday the first person got there at 6AM. She got in, I did not. When we finally got to the front they only had one ticket and there were 2 of us. #SOCLOSE

My first purchase was TM resale but I've purchased 5 times on StubHub with no problems or email delays whatsoever. The credit card bill is my only problem. LOL!
Other than Hamilton, I've used SH for Yankees games and several concerts.
I am 6th in line for tickets but can't justify spending $200 again so soon after seeing it last week. Am I crazy to pass and hope for 1 standing room ticket? Anyone know the average of SRO tickets they have and how many nights they have none? Thanks in advance!
4:45, right after The Color Purple matinee. Lol But I will tell you, it was an absolute **** show!!! Lines everywhere, people here this morning missing out because they weren't standing in the right place. A stampede to get the line together. Not the pleasant experience I had on a one-show day!!

I bought Stubhub tickets for the matinee on July 9 (the final day of of Miranda and Odom) for myself and my 10 yr. old son (who is a huge Hamilton fan). The tickets turned out to be invalid and didn't scan. The box office gave me a sheet with the phone number for Stubhub. I figured we were screwed - it was already almost 2pm, and even though I knew we would get a refund, what were the chances we'd actually get seats for this performance? Moreover, a refund for the tickets doesn't compensate for travel expenses or a heartbroken child (and parent). Well, I called, and after about a 10 minute hold spoke to a rep who sent someone over pretty quickly with tickets. We missed the first 2 minutes of the show. But the seats they gave us were row J Orchestra, dead center - among the very best seats in the house- whereas the tickets we had bought were in the rear mezzanine. That left me with pretty positive feelings towards Stubhub, though I guess I wouldn't assume Stubhub always has backup tickets to give out in these situations.

I was on the line today too, first time. I Was told to line up at 5:30 but the guy didn't say where the line started. I stood by the theater at 4:45pm, two lines formed and got contradicting info on the "real" line. Some girls had been there all morning but ended up at the end of the new line. It seemed like such a mess. Maybe 6-8 tickets were released. There was a gentlemen selling tickets at face value but at 8:15pm, I didn't want to pay full price for RMezz and miss the first scene. Oh well.
I'll be on the line around 7am tomorrow with coloring books and snacks if anyone wants to join. I guess I'll have to wait for it!
We got in line about 4:00. The problem was people let others in right before the show. I guess one person holds the spot and then lets friends/spouses in. I'm not sure if there are always buses lined up there but that was really annoying. It was just too hot.
We had a similar problem where 3 people were taking 2 hour shifts for one spot. We thought there was only one person there. Next thing we know, there are 3 people and 3 plus ones. Any ideas how to stop this?

Yes, that is the pick-up location. I suggest to walk back, walk all the way West to 8th Avenue, then go up to 46th St and then head back down towards Broadway on 46th. You'll pass an outdoor market, The Imperial Theater, then you'll be at the Richard Rodgers.
Walking this way seems further but you can avoid the human congestion in Times Square.

I had a similar situation. Bought my sister a concert ticket at Yankee Stadium in the nosebleeds and sent her to the show. I was in Yonkers with my friends when my sister called in a panic saying that the ticket was invalid and denied entry. I quickly called SH And after about 20 minutes on the phone making arrangements, my sister was able to go to the SH offices not-so-near Yankee stadium and get her replacement ticket, field level seats. Thank goodness for opening acts, she didn't miss anything. The experience has left her with a bit of PTSD with any PDF printed ticket to be scanned. She cringes everytime she gets any ticket scanned. Even the ones I get her direct from the venue.
So StubHub was the hero that day. It's a much larger venue so they had plenty of seats to take from their sales inventory to make the accommodation. I'm so glad to read they had matinee seats to pull from for you and your son.
It's 11am on a Thursday and there are only 5 people in line for 8 tickets. We're all pretty surprised but happy to be in a good spot. We have a bet on how many people take a photo of the Quik Park across the street, it's at 12 right now.
We arrived at: 1st-6:25, 2nd-7:05, 3/4th-7:40, 5th-8:30
