According to Twitter, he met up with a fan in an elevator, and when the guy asked for an autograph he used his iPad to lean up against, which the fan accidentally walked off with.

Hope Gavin gets his iPad back soon! But what a story for the fan!

A interesting point everyone seems to have missed is that, if Creel were using the iPad as a table, that means he was holding it. Which also means that HE handed it over to the fan along with the autograph.

So, in essence, he made a gift of his iPad to his admirer. And now wants it back (buyer's remorse?).

I'm not trying to be a dick, honestly, but an ipad is a substantial size. If I asked a celeb to sign a Playbil and they handed me an ipad, I'd be aware of that and hand it back. Likewise, if I handed someone my ipad, I'd like to think I'd notice immediately. This is just so odd.

I don't think Gavin will see that ipad again. If someone bothered to hunt him down to sign a Playbill at an event, they probably have defiled that ipad 20 times over by now.

Oh and if the lucky owner of the ipad happens to post on here, please PM if there is adult content on the device.
