JAGGED LITTLE PILL reopening night thread

You beat me to it this time, ACL2006.
Upon reopening, Jagged Little Pill welcomes two new leading ladies - Heidi Blickenstaff as opioid-addicted mother Mary Jane "MJ" Healy, and Morgan Dudley as MJ's adopted daughter, the creative, rebellious Frankie. A new swing and five new ensemblists also join the company upon reopening; they include Janine DiVita and recent NYU graduate Adi Roy, the latter of whom is making his Broadway debut as Phoenix.
Who’s swallowing it down tomorrow night? If you are and have thoughts / reactions worth sharing below, you, you, you oughta post.

A bit more sarcasm/sassiness then Elizabeth’s MJ, but still perfectly powerful and emotional at the right times with a stellar voice. The rest of the new cast members were also incredible and will only get even better, and needless to say, the returning cast members were spectacular.

Curious, do they still have Jo use they/them pronouns? I was wondering if after the backlash & tony win they'd cater the role to Lauren.

Came here to ask this. 3 days ago, the rush general info. page said they had $40 rush at 10am. It's gone now, was planning on rushing in the morning ![]()

Box office numbers send you directly to the ticket website's support line
I do live a few bus stops away, so next time I make it uptown, I'll ask.

And how big was the protest for opening night of the newest West Side Story revival?

Their Instagram went live a few minutes ago for the Overture. The chorus is killing it and the audience is ELECTRIC inside the Broadhurst.

110-120 people with the news covering it. It was an excellent night of protest for us on a now closed forever show.

Yeah. So strange that nobody’s protesting a show that has absolutely nothing in it worth protesting.

Are you implying that the protests closed the show? Because no.
