A legend has left us. Rest In Peace, sir.

My father once ran into him at a restaurant. One of the greatest comedians since the 1950s.
May his memory be a blessing. Thanks for the laughter.
May we all be so lucky to have a life as long and as full as his. RIP

My mom 's friend made him cookies years ago and he actually ate them . Said he was very nice .
He literally ran into me in Shubert Alley, headed toward his show (in full makeup, about 5 min. before his curtain). He apologized and went on his way. I didn’t realize who it was until I saw his marquee leaving Dolly.
He made me laugh a lot.. Enough said.

Jackie Mason was a funny guy, and I miss him already. A true legend by any definition.

Damn straight. Decades of comedy = legendary. Dude was hilarious, and doing very ethnic comedy at a time when that was simply not the norm.
Here you go Amoni: an extremely famous or notorious person, especially in a particular field.
Like him or not, he was a legend.
