At least three actors who've played Evan Hansen on Broadway are Jewish: Ben Platt, Noah Galvin and Ben Levi Ross.

I’m sure I remember reading that Zachary Levi isn’t actually Jewish, despite a name that would suggest otherwise.

Not only is Zachary Levi not Jewish, I believe he's very vocally Christian. (Not in a cringey proselytizing way...)

Caissie Levy, however, is Jewish.

Lol. No. .. it’s just interesting how most of broadway is Jewish. .. same for the film world as well.

There are a lot of Jews in the entertainment industry in general, because at the turn of the century it was a brand new industry in the US, and was one of the few that would hire Jewish immigrants... who were mostly living in cities where the new industry was focused. So they really helped build it (movies, Broadway, etc) from the ground up, and here we are today.
