I don't mean to hijack this thread, but has anyone seen the non equity tour? Id love to see this show one more time and not sure if I should try and make it in here one last time or just catch the tour. Thanks! Glad Andy Kelso is back too because Conor Maynard just didnt have it to be honest.

The last show I can remember that had their closing performance by invite only was Mary Poppins. I was strickly for past cast & crew and their families.

That makes sense then. Sounds like it's similar to a Bway opening night in terms of releasing tickets to the public as it gets closer to performance date. 

Do we know who the final Charlie will be? I've read Ghee is the final Lola.

Seeing KINKY BOOTS next week. VERY excited!!! We’re down to the final weeks. I’m sure it’s safe to assume the current cast line-up is what I’ll be seeing, now that Tiki Barber has departed?

Callum Francis is Lola until March 17. J. Harrison Ghee will close out the show as Lola.

also, they're selling about 300 seats for the final show on April 7. However, an offer code is required to unlock the seat. Does anyone have the offer code?

There was a contest on their website where you had to submit a video . They said 5 winners and the other entrants would get a code. I entered and no code yet .. A friend just brought this up to me an hour ago!

And , I'm actually seeing the show tomorrow for round #4.... Might ask the BO but I'm sure they wouldn't know

 

And I still think Kelso coming back was last min. Keep wondering if David Cook was supposed to come back but things fell through from his broken hand last fall as mentioned in another thread

Kelso coming back makes more sense anyway, as he was in the original cast.

Well I went yesterday . Still an awesome show. Callum Francis was oddly out(Seemed to be on for the evening show though) but the u/s was great ! Was looking foward to seeing the hype on him though

And Andy Kelso ,just wow! Now I get all the excitment on him. Such incredible acting ! He was such a sweetheart at the stage door and spent a lot of time with everybody.He totally deserved to be closing the show .


Carrie St. Louis has even gotten better when it was my 4th time seeing her as Lauren ! Loved her chemistry with Andy .


Also walked by the Come From Away Stage door and got to meet Jenn Colella at the right time and told her about how much I love If/Then

Then,I decided to go past the BMC red carpet and got a glimpse of Billy Porter. Wish we would have stayed longer to have seen Lin Manuel Miranda

Just checked the map and even less seats than the screenshot my friend sent me 48 hours ago. Guess a code is going around to certain people ? Nobody has tweeted anything on getting tickets or about the contest .

 

EDIT: Apparently same amount of seats as of Sat night .

Ugh. Frustrating! I entered but haven't gotten a code either. I wish they would have just put the seats on sale at a certain date and time like all other closing shows do. I guess our best bet may be StubHub - where I'll bet they'll be going for a pretty penny!

Looks like at least one person on Twitter got the code. Another person said they won the contest so winners got contacted . So confusing !

The show’s Twitter account is still giving people the link to enter information for said code, but users have responded that they also have not gotten one yet.

I know it’s first-come basis, but maybe they’re waiting for people to actually take advantage of the code? It all seems weird.

Talked to my mom (aka my KB buddy ) and we don't feel like going back for that price in the back (even though it's closing show. Glad we saw it 4 times over the past 7 months ! Going to miss it so much . We might go see the non eq tour in Atlantic City though

Yikes, $150 for last rows of mezz? Don’t know how I feel about that.
