I hope that if these “professionals” do this,Trump closes the Center, rips out everything theatricaland reopens it as a museum!"
Donald Trump long ago ripped away "Professionalism" as the Higher Ground. Kick rocks.
shame they're not doing Phantom, we could've had a really funny chandelier accident
there's apparently several dozen drag queens attending this performance as well.
He’s probably already asleep.

The USA chant won out at the end, in the extended clip.

That’s because he had the place filled with as many idiot sycophants as possible. Although I’m told there were at least 20 drag queens there in protest.
Regardless, this low life pig deserved every boo that he got and then some, and I guarantee you he is fast asleep in his seat right now, and hopefully for those around him, he hasn’t **** his pants again.
You should also take a seat.

Yes we know —a “fundraiser” for the Orange Assclown himself. How altruistic of him!
I’m in agreement? I’m just saying that’s WHY there were so many USA chants…relax

A cultural event? Sounds more like a pro wrestling show. Everything he touches turns to sh* t. Only in ‘murica.

Does anyone have the list of understudies? I was curious who was out and who played the roles.

I've read that the producers have deliberately been vague about who played last night and who didn't, for obvious reasons.
The tour's website also removed the cast list off for the safety of all cast members.
That's what's happened before No Kings this weekend.

Just curious if this is something they’ve worked out with Equity. Aren’t shows required to post when a swing/understudy is on per union rules?
They apparently didn't give out a program that included the show's program/cast list.
I get being vague about who played who but doesn’t a specific announcement by board, or paper or over the PA system have to be in place for understudies? Deliberately hiding it is not good and goes against that.

The paranoia seems strong backstage. A regular playbill with the entire touring company, which doesn’t say “At this performance the role usually played by…”, would have been fine and safe and at least helpful to anyone who wants to know about the performers and their credits.
Can’t imagine anyone sitting there with a flashlight comparing and contrasting headshots with faces onstage trying to catch the ‘non-performers’ out.

You're assuming a lot that those that intend to do harm are not also stupid as hell.
It’s best for everyone that the list was hidden. To be honest I think the entire company are pretty brave those that performed, those that didn’t. They were put in an impossible situation where no matter what they do someone is going to be angry.

I’m wondering if this was a fundraiser performance in the same way the entertainment fund performances are. Do they usually give out programs at those?
