That is true. I was sutpid enough to click.
So... I'm going to steal a topic from the Robbie Hart board (which if you haven't joined, go! robbiehart.probaboards74.com)
What has been your favorite stage door moment?

Posted: 7/21/06 at 10:43pmyeah, the ones I've clicked are blank. ewww. I bet its the same person and they decided to corrupt the boards in a slightly... SLIGHTLY less disturbing way. vomit is still incredibly gross though

Posted: 7/21/06 at 10:46pmI haven't been to the stagedoor (yet!) so I don't have a favorite moment...however, for all of us that joined that board (robbiehart.proboards74.com you know you wanna) we need some fun and random topics to get more conversations going there....I'm just too unoriginal to come up with any good ones, haha.

I have two favorites, myself:
One)I was at the stagedoor with muscle one day, and Amy came out. Muscle told her she had done 100% that day (which she had.. duh), and then mentioned that he'd seen the show 7 (I think) times. I said "I'm not quite that impressive, this is my 3rd time seeing the show." Then:
Amy: What, you didn't think I was that good?
Me: NO!!! No, that's not what I meant! I'M not that impressive, because I've only seen the show 3 times.
Amy: So, how did you think I was? (maybe not getting what I meant)
Me (trying to dig myself out of the hole I'm in): I think you did... more than 100%.
Amy: Good answer! *laugh*
Two)Me: Hi!
Laura: Hi! *funny look* Whoa...
Me: What?!
Laura: Sorry. You look a LOT like someone I know. You made me do a double take.
Me: Oohhhhh okay. *laughs all around*
And then there's the most obvious, which was just being there and meeting everyone.

oooh nice! stagedooor stories. Okay, so my favorite by FAR is when Stephen came out:
Ok, so he gets to us. And, THIS is how amazingly sweet and a good sport he is: My mom is usually really great at stage doors, cause she's great at making conversation, right? O.M.G. I have to remind myself NEVER to let her stagedoor when theres someone in the cast she's been a fan of for a long time. He comes around, and she goes "oh stephen. I feel like a proud mother" I nearly died. I was like NOOOOO, she's actually SAYING that!?!?!? lolol. But he was sooo cute about it, he was like "really? why is that??" all funny lol. And so my mom basically explained how she was really proud because we've been fans for five years and how we always thought he should be on broadway. he was like "really?" all surprised, soooo cute!! But then, if my mom wasn't being wierd enough to him already, it got WORSE! she PINCHED his cheek! Yes, I'm not kidding, she freaking PINCHED his cheek!! Now, if I were him I probably would have been like "um...get away phyco freak fan" lolol, but of course he's a sweetheart and wouldn't do that, so he just laughed, and then it was really funny because Richard was standing a little ways away from us and he saw my mom so he came over and pinched Stephens cheek too! lolol. So, yeah, basically, I was probably turning totally red with embarrasment, and of course I didn't make the situation any better because I was just standing there with all my stephen parafenilia (the el-rey dvd, my mom's "a little bit special" t-shirt- yes she has a stephen lynch t-shirt mhmm but in her defense my sister bought it for her so its not like she actually went out and found one herself haha, and the playbill). So yeah, I felt soooo bad cuase it wasn't till after we left that I really realized that I was kind of just shoving things at him to sign. lolol. But I couldn't help it, I really REALLY wanted it all signed! haha. So, yeah, anyway, to end a very emberrasing encounter I was just like "thank you soooo much!" So, yeah...in general, he is an AMAZINGLY good sport, more freaking adorable than I ever even would have imagined, and sooooo funny, even just signing autographs and stuff he's so funny! hehe.

Ummm, I think my favorite stagedoor moment was when Kevin Kern reinacted my catching Rita's towel during Move That Thang. He'd been sitting up in the box seat watching the show (this was still during previews) and saw me. It was funny.. like, real funny.
Other than that?
Me: Dude, you friggin' ROCK in this show!
Stephen: Thank you!
Me: Seriously. I mean, I turned to my friend at intermission and was all "Adam Sandler who?"
Stephen: Haha! YES. That's just what I was going for...
I don't have enough TWS stagedoor moments. Boo.

Posted: 7/21/06 at 11:09pm^hehehhe! see, now why couldn't I have said something like THAT to stephen instead of standing there and laughing like an idiot because of how embarrased I was at what my mom was doing?? lolol

Posted: 7/22/06 at 2:29amI have many stage door experiences, one time Amy was the last one to come out and most people were gone, because they were waiting for Stephen or Tina, and i got out of control and told her she is amazing and blah blah and she was so cute...she was very shy about it, she is quite humble and i told her she was god.
