Does anyone else get a computer virus pop up almost every tine they use this site- it is malware according to Apple Care- masquerading as Adobe Player Update- and the web address that keeps popping up is a few.aoyufo.pw. Does anyone else have this problem?

Yes. I just got the virus but I was able to clean it out with Malwarebytes virus protector.

Yeah - I haven't in a while but it's very annoying. This site needs to get updated.
I was getting those pop ups when trying to read the boards on my iPad last night. I sent in an email reporting it. Haven’t had any problems with it today.
Don’t click it you will be fine. I just deleted my history and everything is good now

Yes, I've had this issue in the past and had to install the Malwarebytes program as a result
I’ve had that pop up multiple times in the past few days on my iPad. I don’t click it, but it’s annoying when I thought I had decent ad blocking and malware protection installed.

I've got that too. Don't know if it's related, but I can't open the site on Chrome, it just shows an error page. Internet Explorer and Safari work fine.

I’ve been having problems with this lately. Like every time I visit a page there will be a malware pop up. Glad it’s not just me!
Yes, I get it frequently on BroadwayWorld. It's the only theatre website that has ever done it. Supremely annoying and deeply unprofessional.

Hi all,
What it sounds like you are experiencing with the bad redirects and pop-up windows is likely from programmatic advertising that we do not have active control over. If that is the case, it is code built into their banners. However, as some people have said, if you send us an email with the URL, we can forward it to our advertising partners who can block those advertisers from appearing on our site. You can send those emails to moderator@broadwayworld.com.
For for Alex Kulak2, who is having an issue accessing the site via Chrome, that sounds like it is a cooking issue. So, if you clear your cookies, that will likely solve that problem.
If you have any other questions, please feel free to email us at the address above.
