Well, I guess I'll have to watch this in the Spring. She was the best part of Hell's Kitchen, so I got high expectations now.

Shoshana is consistently good.
I believe Caissie stayed with Ragtime for the reasons she stated.
I also wonder if she would have left Ragtime had she thought the role was meatier than Mother in Ragtime and could win her a tony.
Excited to see how it all shakes out.

The LB role is not as good as Cassie’s Ragtime role. This is the reason she’s not continuing with it (and family / previews).
she doesn’t want to be a part of another “Ghost”. The shoshana video announcement was enough to make her feel good about leaving LB. - and that tepid song she had to sing with actor Patrick Wilson

The show will or won't succeed if Ali is or isn't involved. Because someone is included in a cast announcement and in studio vocal video doesn't mean it will end up that way (see also Cassie Levy) . He's not out yet - but there are other things ... We will see what shakes out
