I’ve been saying this for ages, he’s not only pathetic, I consider him a threat to the Broadway community."
I mean, I find him annoying as hell, but he's been right more than once.
"Threat" seems a little overblown. He's just the latest iteration of a type that has been hanging on to the Broadway community for decades, since at least Winchell. But these folks often find out too late that what they do all but ensures nobody will be there for them in the end.

I’d say normally he’s just a nuisance.
But considering the times piece on Maybe Happy Ending and his rumors almost getting the show cancelled before load in - that’s a threat.
Or harassing performers.

“His rumors,” didn’t almost get the show cancelled, it was the producers own fault for that dilemma. If you’re struggling to find investors for your show and you blame a single TikTok; you’re just a really bad producer.

Just curious what I missed about that idiot harassing performers as I may have direct knowledge about one such person.
Investors flee projects for any number of reasons and sometimes they're just looking for an excuse not to write a check.
There were investors who jumped ship on Porgy & Bess after Pat Healy and Steve Sondheim wrote about the show in the NYT. Same with reactions to Michael Riedel reporting on certain shows. The recent NYT piece about musical finances caused concerns among investors and producers with shows in the pipeline.
In the case of MHE, I know for a fact that show was in a very, very dangerous financial situation at that moment in time.
There will always be gossip-providers and people in the media who cause concern internally at show. On the flip side, there will always be people who overinflate a show prior to Broadway and proclaim it as the next coming of christ --- and then they get egg on their face.
