Miss Saigon begins previews March 1st, 2017 at the Broadway Theatre with an official opening night of March 23rd, 2017. Miss Saigon features music by Claude-Michel Schonberg, lyrics by Alain Boublil and Richard Maltby Jr., and a book by Schonberg and Boublil. The 2017 revival stars Eva Noblezada as Kim and Jon Jon Briones as The Engineer.
Who's going?
Going to the first preview! Super hyped after seeing the Japanese production.
For anyone going tomorrow, can you please post the Kim alternate schedule, if there is one?
I'm looking forward to seeing this over the summer! Probably my favorite show from the era of European blockbusters.
I'll be there on Wednesday for its first preview, very excited, will definitely report back. The nightmare scene is going to very poignant in the world we're living in, I'm sure the actors will have a lot to draw from to perform those scenes.

Hey guys. I will be front row center next week. Do you think this is too close? Is the stage raked like the original?

Hard to say before performances begin.

If we said yes, what are you going to do about it at this point?
Hopefully, they fixed a bit of the London staging where the hut was too tall and blocked the first Ellen/Chris scene from view for the first few rows.
Was anybody on here at invited dress tonight?

LOL yes
I saw this version many times while it was revived in London, and only once not from the front row where the day seats were sold, and just about every single time during I Still Believe they'd be a rush or murmurs going "who is singing?"
Limited number of $39 general rush at all performances.
Tonight's perf wasn't very heavily sold looking on Telecharge yesterday. Lots of room in the rear mezz. Wonder how it's selling overall?
I walked up to the box office yesterday and was able to get a seat on the front mezzo for $64. They had plenty of availability. I'm wondering if folks are worried that this will be like the latest Les Miz revival where the new set and staging seemed to dull the impact of the piece? I mean, I'm going tomorrow but I'm worried I'm not going to like it nearly as much as the original staging which I thought was incredible.

I saw this production in London a couple of years ago and I don't think anyone will be disappointed by the staging. I thought the sets were beautiful and in no way detracted from the story, and Kim's Nightmare was staged very effectively.
Does anybody know which weekly performances Noblezada isn't doing?
I'm sure someone does, but it doesn't appear to be public.

I hope not Wednesday evenings. That's when I'm planning on going
Seeing this on Monday and really looking forward to it!
Did anyone rush this morning? How was the line? Where are the seats?
Looking forward to seeing this!
I'd expect this to be up on TKTS frequently. It's available tonight at 40% off. I have to wonder if this would do better in a slightly smaller house?
