I'll be there on Wednesday for its first preview, very excited, will definitely report back. The nightmare scene is going to very poignant in the world we're living in, I'm sure the actors will have a lot to draw from to perform those scenes.

LOL yes
I saw this version many times while it was revived in London, and only once not from the front row where the day seats were sold, and just about every single time during I Still Believe they'd be a rush or murmurs going "who is singing?"
Limited number of $39 general rush at all performances.

I walked up to the box office yesterday and was able to get a seat on the front mezzo for $64. They had plenty of availability. I'm wondering if folks are worried that this will be like the latest Les Miz revival where the new set and staging seemed to dull the impact of the piece? I mean, I'm going tomorrow but I'm worried I'm not going to like it nearly as much as the original staging which I thought was incredible.

I saw this production in London a couple of years ago and I don't think anyone will be disappointed by the staging. I thought the sets were beautiful and in no way detracted from the story, and Kim's Nightmare was staged very effectively.

I'd expect this to be up on TKTS frequently. It's available tonight at 40% off. I have to wonder if this would do better in a slightly smaller house?
