As much as I hate to say it because I really despised the show -- Ashley Brown, currently starring in "On The Record" on tour. She's a recent CCM graduate.

Posted: 2/6/05 at 11:34pmYes -- But it seems like often they just seemed like "trained amazing musical theatre robots" rather than real people. I think that applies to Ashley Brown --shes INCREDIBLE but she almost comes off as too trained. Dont jump on me for saying this - it certainly doesnt go for everyone, and I think CCMs training is great -- but it almost seems like some of these people are just so good that their personality is sucked out of them or something.

Posted: 2/6/05 at 11:36pmNoah Racey and Tari Kelly. I was in a production of Oklahoma with both of the regionally and they were Will and Ado Annie. Both of them are amazing.

Posted: 2/6/05 at 11:39pmRazz, I'd agree. That program is great, but does have a real effect on the performers. There are so many successful grads from CCM, but very few of them stand out in my mind.
