Does this mean Catch me if you can isn't bound for Toronto anymore?
I've been interested in this play since it was announced. This is very exciting news.

The play is rather brilliant. But at 3 acts, it's just a drop too long.
I was already looking forward to seeing this, but wow... this is great news.
For me, this is DEFINITELY the best news of the week!
I don't think Norbert being in this is ANY precursor whatsoever to a departure from CMIYC. The role was written with him in mind, after all. This is no different than Kerry in ROA or Wopat in SoS, they're just staying busy until CMIYC is ready.
I highly doubt Butz, Tveit, Wopat are Butler are going to miss out on being in CMIYC as they are pretty much perfect in their roles. The only one I could see not making it to Toronto/Bway is Rachel De Benedet because she is understudying Morticia in TAF, though I doubt that will be a problem come next winter. They are merely in a holding pattern, and perhaps Wopat and Butz will add a(nother) Tony to their shelves in the process. Remember, nothing happens with CMIYC until LND is done in the UK as the same director/choreographer are doing that and CMIYC.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am officially excited for this play now!
Awesome news! Will Enron be an open ended run?
Telecharge has tix on-sale through July the 18th. It wasn't specified in previous press releases (or otherwise) that ENRON was going to be a 'strictly limited engagement' - So, who knows? I cannot express how effing thrilled I am for Gould to be returning to B'way (and) one of stage heroes in the lead. What a combination!

is there actual dialogue and a straight play to this show.. becuase one thing i read said it is all interoperated through dance.. will we really have two shows like that this year (ENRON and COME FLY AWAY)?
It's a play that also incorporates dance, music and video.
It's mostly dialogue, but you do need to remember that Rupert Goold is a bit mental and has been working closely with playwright Lucy Prebble and the amazing Adam Cork, so there is a bit of ye olde interpretive dance, and some barbershop quartet (after all, why NOT?).
Are they recasting the whole play then? From Sam West to Norbert Leo Butz! I was having a hard time picturing it, but I rather suspect Norbert will be fantastic in the role. Lucky you! :)

Mostly dialogue? It's ALL dialogue, with a variety of interludes.
It just needs a date with a pair of pruning shears.

The play sounds incredibly intresting and its always great to hear that Norbert is coming back to NYC.
I'm guessing then NLB has little faith in "The Deep End" being picked up. Still I'm glad he gets to stretch his dramatic muscle again -with some comedic leavening no doubt. I'll have to figure out a way to see this.
Mostly dialogue, because I'm counting the random barbershop quartet as singing. Which, unless I miss my guess, isn't usually classed as dialogue. :P
YEAH!
I will be devastated if it doesn't play past July 23, my first opportunity to see it.

What's "SoS" in reference to Wopat?
