I believe it was recorded before rehearsals started or during them!
Still wild that they're announcing and dropping within a week!

I'm assuming sometime between City Center and the official transfer announcement. Either way, something to look forward to this weekend.

So happy. Will post more but I just caught the show and I think it is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING - one of my top 3 theatre experiences ever. The kind of thing where you want to cry at the beauty of what you are seeing and cannot believe the artistry on show. The energy in the audience was palpable. This is the ‘best revival’! For someone to complain about Ben Platt’s father at this point is so far missing the point I feel sorry for them.

Kind of crazy they kept this a secret but happy to give it a listen on Thursday. Some Like it Hot is supposed to drop the following day.

Mmmm it’s the 23 March in some time zones and I can’t seem to find the cast recording on Apple Music (often it’s released 12am local time). Not sure if I’m missing something but hope it’s still on track for release!
