I don't think the song is "silly," per se in the way you're using the word, Lauren. I think musically, it's one of the more beautiful songs in the show in that kind of eerie sort of way. But lyrically, I do think it's a little bit odd out of context. It's kind of an awkward song in terms of its lyrics, IMO. A lot of the lyrics in the show are very literal and explanatory, in a way -- and to me, it
is sort of weird to have lyrics that are literally "oh my God, oh yeah..." and so forth. It's not a bad song, and far from the worst in the show lyrically, but it does seem like a strange choice for a TV appearance at the very least.
