I think they sounded pretty good. I don't really like the tempo of Skylar's solo. It always seems to make the song drag at that point.

Better than Letterman; I love this show. :o) I'm glad they got to talk a little bit.

Stephanie, I noticed the lyrical change as well...
I can't remember if it is that way in the show, too. They may have changed since they recorded the album.

That is the correct lyrics that are in the show. There are different lyrics in Touch Me and Purple Summer then on the CD.

That was leaps and bounds better than the David Letterman performance. Thank god cause I LOVE this show and wanna see it selling out! What a great plug. Whatever anyone has to say about Rosie (I love her), you can't deny she does a lot for Broadway. Her plug will sell tons of tickets I'm sure.

Now if we could just get a few of those boys to work on their pitch it would be perfect!

Gideon's, Brian's, and Skylar's performances particularly their solo parts are soooo good. Lea just kept smiling, which amused me somehow.

I wish they did My Junk...*go watches that video*

I am so proud of the cast!!! It was a great job! Love to Rosie for giving such a good plug for the show. They all sounded wonderful and yes the lyric change is in the show. They changed lyrics in a couple of songs and a few have slightly different arrangements than on the CD. I really wish they would have waited to record but alas. Congrats on a great performance!

i thought Skylar was a little more reserved in his solo than when I heard him live, but he still sounded pretty good and I thought they came off pretty fantastically.

nicely done, and nicely done by rosie too for plugging it like that (did she really see it four times in the last month?)

And just for those who thinks this means he is leaving Spring Awakening..I doubt it. Kathy Brier did One Life to Live while she was in Hairspray. So thats good to know.
