She’s going on her concert tour this fall starting September 13th.  Are we all just assuming that The Lost Boys won’t be around by then?

I say give it a few weeks to know anything, but if the concert tour is confirmed and she has to leave Lost Boys, I think Cassie Levy might join now that Ragtime will be over by then

Levy just won a Tony. She’s not replacing anybody in a musical she dropped out of.

Unless there are a bunch of unannounced shows, I'm seeing a handful of concerts over the course of a week in September and two concerts in October. I would not assume she's leaving or the show is closing based on that. Remember that Shoshana was a late addition to the cast, and it's highly likely she would have negotiated time off for previously scheduled concerts.

She said in her post (I think it was Instragram where I saw it?) that she's taking a 2 week break from the show to do this tour. It's basically a split up mini-tour. She's doing a week of concerts in September, will return to The Lost Boys, then do another week of concerts in October, and will return to the show for good after that. Not much different than when actors take a brief absence from a show for a vacation or to make press appearances for another project.

I don't see any reason why the show would be gone by then.

Were some people really expecting her to be on tour for months like she's a pop diva? 

Well I, for one, just hope she sings her entire Superhero album.
