Galileo starts previews in November, is it sitting empty til then? I know the rumor that Hells Kitchen was supposed to close earlier so Galileo could open this season.

There is another celebrity driven "all in" type show going in for a few months. Galileo in the Shubert. We are living in interesting times.

Interesting, I was hearing ALL IN was exploring a West End transfer with different celebs.

How do you know this? I mean I get it Broadway theaters can’t stay empty for long periods of time but like, would they make it for this season or beginning of next season?
Unless they have a much more in-demand crop of celebs, I doubt it is literally another Simon Rich show like All In and All Out. All Out didn't do nearly the business the producers hoped it would. It should be assumed that a third iteration in this series will continue the trend of diminishing returns unless they have mega A-Listers in the lineup. But there is also zero reason for producers to rush in another one of these before the end of the season. All Out didn't invite Tony nominators/voters, so it's unlikely they'd want to invite them for another go-around. No point in rushing something in if you arent chasing the boost that would come with Tony nominations.

Based on the original post, I didn’t think the person meant something created by those same people, just another star heavy vehicle like it or like Vagina Monologues.

The Shubert will be more than likely be sitting empty from 01/06/2027 again.

The window for getting something in by the end of this season is more or less closed at this point. But not everything on broadway needs to be done for Tony eligibility- there's nothing wrong with some light summer programming.
I was thinking they might throw a lmited run show in Like they did with "POTUS" in between, I think, Mockingbird and "Some Like It Hot".

there is no universe where the Shubert sits empty for nine months but Hells Kitchen screwing around with its closing date certainly limits the options to a limited run play or a musical suddenly altering their tour schedule for a summer sitdown

There were offers to two brit transfers who couldn't do the limited run so this show is coming in. They are currently raising money - hence people know that it is happening. It isn't a crystal ball people have to set these shows up.
