I love that sentence about people who don't dress up for the theater.
And yes, those future bits were exactly where the issue was.

I noticed the giggling started when Lisa Howard paused in her first line in her little speech. I'm not too familiar with the speech itself, but I guess it was in a good place...and liotte, I asked my sister and someone else and nobody noticed it either. Too funny.
This was my first time seeing it with the replacement cast, and I have to say I really loved them. Barrett was totally adorable, as was Jad. I have to say in some ways I liked them better than the originals. I was hoping to catch Celia in her last week, but her understudy was really great to watch. In all, except for the Snakes on a Plane rant and Angelina joke that didn't seem to catch on tonight, the show is great form and I will definitely try and take it in more often.
I was concerned about the audience size, or lack thereof. I was actually thinking it would be more filled, but it was a good 40% empty tonight. Little scary. Because it's such a fun little show and it deserves more attendance than some other shows.

I agree about the attendance, but this time of year is always like it.
And even for not being full, it was a great audience, lots of energy.

Posted: 9/14/06 at 3:20pmI was on the side and really didn't notice anything? What exactly happened? This was my 4th time seeing the show and I just cant get enough of it! I love winning the lottery and sitting in those seats. It's such an experience. Plus, you see the actors do little character things. I loved it!

Bee love is the best!
Did anyone else catch Sarah's pilot today at the NYTVF or Jesse's show on tv? Both are great!!!

Anyone there tonight to witness Josh's glasses falling off, and the microphones not working?
I love that kind of stuff and wasn't there!!

I tried searching but couldn't find any infomation concerning whether or not student rush had been added. I recall someone saying it but I'm not sure. The reason I am asking is because I *might* go tomorrow for Celia's last show.
Thanks!

Yes, they have student rush, if they are not sold out. It just started a couple weeks ago, I'm not sure if they have it on weekends though.

I have a ticket for tomorrow night.
Very sad!!!!
But at least she is just going down the street, so we can still see her. I also have a ticket for the first preview of Les Miz.

Mijo, she goes by Snow, so I need to get used to calling her that.
I'm sure she'll be great, I've heard from some cast members that she has been doing a wonderful job and has an awesome belt.
Another aside- Tomorrow (Sunday) at noon, Todd, Maurice, and Kate are singing a few songs at the Barnes and Noble in Union Square. I can't go, but maybe someone else can and video it??

Posted: 9/17/06 at 1:19amYeah, she goes by Snow, which most of the Les Miz fans refer to her by. :) Apparently she has a sister named Jennifer Sunshine. (!)

Posted: 9/17/06 at 10:13amI'm sad I'm not going to get to see Celia play Olive one more time. I'm going to try to see the Bee on Sunday. It'll be my first time seeing Barret and Jessica.
