Spring Awakening Gap Ad

On the cover of Friday's Metro newspaper in NYC, there was a Gap ad with the OBC of Spring Awakening. It was a full page covering the front and back of the paper. They won't clean out the boxes 'til Monday when they put the new paper in, so go grab one (or a few).

ETA: Sorry if this is old news, I did a search.

Have other casts done Gap commericals before? I do remember seeing The Producers, but don't remember seeing any others.
The only review of a show that matters is your own.

Will they appear in a throwback holiday GAP commercial?

Hairspray had a Bloomingdale's ad.

More than just an Ad, it was a full out campaign with Hairspray inspired clothing - which the cast are wearing.

Gap did a campaign for their lines of jeans and khakis using West Side Story. The sharks were jeans and the jets were khakis, i think. Youtube has some videos if it, they use the original choreography, it's pretty awesome.

aw, rytoast and cageg- Gideon does look exceptionally cute in the ad!

I love all the sweaters, especially Brian Charles Johnson's obnoxiously striped one =p

the picture of the cast is used in some magazine ads and mailers but mostly used in nyc billboards and signs. they also are on the gaps friends and family coupons being used this weekend. Its mosty a city thing.

It's the photo on the Friends & Family discount card for this weekend. Strangely enough, we'd already used the card twice and hadn't noticed the picture at all! It even says "The Broadway Cast of Spring Awakening." Doesn't speak well for my attention to detail.
Gingerbread houses along golden, frothy canals. Like Venice... only different?
