Anyone know if a release date has been set? Can’t find it in the announcement so assuming not.

Probably January 6th....seems appropriate after last nights 1% orgy of excess at the Waldorf.

I don't love it, I also kept wanting to hear Sherri sing it.
No release date as of now.
Can't wait to hear Sherie sing this.
Does the tempo seem much slower than when Kristin sang this song with Stephen at her concert a while back? I think I prefer that version of the song over this one.

They felt about the same to me but I haven’t listened to that recording in ages so I could be dead wrong lol ![]()
Perhaps it was the effect of hearing it with the fuller and new orchestrations? I enjoy this version a lot, I think it just sounds cleaner and more whimsical than the concert did.
I think it sounds absolutely thrilling!
Looking forward to seeing this show next month.

I see the Majestic Theater across the street is advertising Queen of Versailles. I’ve never seen that before.
Nina White (Victoria) performing "Pretty Wins":
Releases February 27 physically. Music and lyrics by Stephen Schwartz
Copies are now available for preorder on Amazon. No streaming date announced yet.
I did notice that Chenoweth belted less of “Caviar Dreams” at the Wednesday matinee. The score is a workout and she’s in fabulous voice, whatever one thinks of the show.

I know in our current climate if we get physical releases (which I still collect) they usually come out significantly later than the digital, which makes sense. But considering this has (I think?) already been recorded, that seems a ridiculously late release date (and one I fear never happening if the show closes before then, which seems likely...)
February 27 - the end of winter on Broadway - is an odd time indeed to release a recording of a show that will need major critical endorsement (and word of mouth heretofore denied the production) to stay afloat on January 1. Two disparate flops last season, Redwood and Dead Outlaw, both pushed their digital recordings (if incomplete) with an eye toward ticket sales.
Apparently this flew under the radar: last Friday, the song "Each and Every Day" (performed by Chenoweth) was released.
