Hahaha. But then I'd be a little scared about it due to the "crazies" over on another place.

Chris posted on his site that he will have his last performance in Jersey Boys on 6/15. As posted earlier, Joseph Leo Bwarie will be replacing him.
It's too bad there were hardly any updates in between SF opening and his last show. It seems to be a trend with Josh Levine's sites, unfortunately. (Michael James Scott's still says he "will be in the upcoming Vegas Production of a Broadway Smash hit... stay tuned to find out which one...")
In other news, former Sherry tour swing Jennifer Evans is Laurie in Oklahoma! At Atlanta's Theater of the Stars: https://www.broadwayworld.com/viewcolumn.cfm?colid=28391
I'd love to see that. She's great.
Yeah, Jennifer Evans is basically hella fierce.

Last one of this series, with Rick! I can't really stand the hosts, but the series has been nicely done. And hooray for a longer clip of the sit-down.

Short but positive!

They need to fix that cast list, though...that's unfortunate.
Bumping because...I miss this thread.
* Lauren Marshall's last performance was June 1.
* Joseph Leo Bwarie left Vegas last week (Has Dominic Scaglione started yet?)
* Taylor Sternberg is apparently still answering questions for as long as he keeps receiving them!

I'm suprised Taylor is still answering questions on his blog. I think he's been going at it for about a month.
And Chris only has one week left on tour. His last show is the tour's last show in Cincinnati.
Aw, Chris. I'd love to be there. He'd probably cry through the whole show. :)
Aw. I saw Chris today in Cincinnati. He was awesome. I had no idea this was his last week
But Im going back June 15th to see him:)
EDIT: Just realized that June 15th is the tour's last show in Cincinnati. Awww

Yeah Chirs is a fantastic performer. His portrayal of Frankie is one of my favorites out of the ones I've seen. Can't believe he's been out on the road for a year and half. Hopefully I'll get to see him in another project.
Jerseyboyschick2, enjoy his last show.
jerseyboyschick2, please please write us a review of Chris' last show! It's been too long since we've had one around here.
Those were the days...
Will do:)
Yay! I would have loved to make it to Chris's last show...but really, it maybe really is because he was my first Frankie, he's one of my top favorites. I felt as though he was one of the most intense Frankies.
Ahh, I would love to see him in something else. Good thing he's a lot taller than the average "Frankie", it's only good for him.
Yeah. I will for sure miss Chris.
I went to the show last night and it was waaaaay interesting. Ryan Quinn West was out and John Hickman covered his track. Steven M. Goldsmith and Rashad Naylor were both out and Jake Speck covered BOTH of their tracks. John Michael Coppola was on for Frankie Valli which must have meant that Jarrod was out and also John Michael Dias was unavailable.
So, some things were crazy with so many people being out. On top of all that, the sound guy got really sick during the middle of Act 1 and an ambulance was called. I guess he was the only one who can mix the sound that was in town and so the rest of the show was not mixed really at all and mics were going on and off and were on at the wrong times and sometimes weren't on at all. It was crazy.
Given everything that went on, the cast covered amazingly well and if I hadn't been to the show a bunch of times I probably wouldn't know the difference. There was supposed to be a stage-side chat thing but I guess someone failed to inform the audience so everyone left and when they came back out to do it, no one was there!
Crazy times at Jersey Boys.

WTF. That sounds like it was on crazy night. How did Jake do the back up sessions scene beause both Steven and Rashad are in that. Was he the sound engineer or Hal Miller? But still I'd think it'll be hilarioius to see Jake in either of their tracks because: 1. He's hella tall so he'd have to slouch like crazy to do Peci. 2. I think it would be awkward seeing rapping during Ces Soiree La. But if he atleast puts his hands together while he's clapping he get points in my book. But greak job Jake for covering 2 tracks at the same time. And great job to the cast for getting through what sounds like one crazy night.
But seriously, no one was at the talkback. Man that sucks for the cast, but hey they got to go home earlier then expected.

Well, during the back up sessions he did the Hal Miller part. There just was no sound engineer guy. Also, there were no guys except the French Rapper during the C'est Soirees-La scene. It was just the girls and the rapper. I was impressed with his french rapper actually. He was really great.
It was really funny to see Jake in the Joey part because he is waaaay too tall for it and doesn't look like Joe Pesci in the least. But he did a pretty good job and got some laughs. It was funniest when Bryan tried to smack him in the head because I'm pretty sure Jake is taller than Bryan. I was at the show on Saturday at the matinee as well and Jake was on for Bob. I was super impressed with him in that role as well.
My friend and I were among the people that were waiting a little longer than everyone else after the show was over (for the Q&A thing) but they were cleaning up and a man yelled at us and told us we had to leave the front row so we did. It was odd really. I even had a fun question prepared. Oh well, next time.

I've seen Jake go on as Bob when the cast was in SF. He did a great job, but it sounded like there was a hint of country twang in his voice when he sang Cry For Me.
Wish I could have been at last night's performance in Chicago though. Especially since Coppola was on as Frankie. When I saw him I was really impressed with his acting.

I thought his acting was really great. He had a good voice, but it didn't really sound like a "Frankie" voice. Not that that's a bad thing, but it also seemed like he lacked the stamina to pull off the whole show. He got through Can't Take My Eyes okay and then he started to crack and not be able to hit some of the notes. I was really glad I got to see him though. It's nice to see lots of different people in the roles.
anyone know how long jarrod plans on staying in chicago? i'm going later this summer and i hope he's still around! he was great when i saw him in december.
As far as I've heard he plans on being there at least until the fall, which I would assume would mean through the summer.

Apparently someone emailed one of the cast members and asked them about it and the cast member said that they came back out but everyone had left. Also, someone was supposed to tell the audience about it but no one did. There was obviously miscommunication.
