Best wishes to Javier !!!!
Does anyone know what happened? Did he hurt himself dancing?

So Rickey Tripp's been on as Graffiti Pete all weekend (both shows yesterday, and the matinee today)- no clue if this was a planned out by Seth or not. Rogelio and Michael were both on for Saturday's matinee (Javi still out), and omg I cannot wait until I get to see Rogelio go on as Benny- love watching him dance, can't wait to hear him *sing*.
And so Rickey doesn't do "that's a lot of tshirts" during 96,000 anymore, he does "that's a lot of spray cans" just like Seth- I kinda missed "that's a lot of tshirts."

I love this show. I has a beautiful story and I love the music. I have to see it again. I listen to the cast recording over and over. I can not get enough.

anakela, when i went seth did say cans instead of t-shirts so i think they may have changed the lines. Does anybody know any details on Javier, I saw him go on for Lin and he was fantastic and very sweet at the stage door. Hope he gets well soon

Right, Seth has always said spray cans- well, on Broadway he's always said spray cans, off Broadway it was soda, but I digress- but a few months back when I saw Rickey go on as Graffiti Pete Rickey was saying tshirts instead of spray cans, and now Rickey's saying spray cans too.
Just got back show was AMAZING yesterday night more info tomorrow! Rickey dropped the spray cans but picked them up in a dance sweep so it looked like it was ment to be that way!
So I rediscovered the film Center Stage this afternoon (I like the dancing- don't judge), for the first time since I realized that Priscilla Lopez is the Broadway Dance Studio teacher, and I might have watched just the segment of her teaching the class a couple of times. "Just dance the **** out of it!" Hee.
And hi Olga the receptionist!
Haha, that's funny cause when I was talking to my mom about the show and explaining who was in it she didn't know who Priscilla was, so I was like "well, she was in the obc of Chorus Line and she was the jazz class instructer in Center Stage..." and my mom was like "Oh! Okay, I know who your talking about!" Lol, I watched that movie a TON over the last 8 years!

Fact: Thursday and Friday (7/3 and 7/4) were the days that ITH takes place. Manny Ramiriez was in town Thursday, Friday, and the rest of the weekend as well.
We were at the matinee last Weds, and at the curtain call, Seth was obviously VERY emotional. Lot of tears !
By the stagedoor, he really rushed to get out, and still looked very emotional.
REALLY hope everything is ok !

Me and my sister saw the show last wednesday, 2 July. Thought it was amazing! Really enjoyed the dancer who plays Graffiti Pete. At the end he was crying! Thought it was part of the show then realized quickly something was wrong. Hope everything's okay. Does anyone know if the cast will still be in the show at the end of the year. I'm planning another trip to see it in December. Would love to see the original cast but not sure how long an original cast usually stays with a show. Thanks.
Rickey did thats alot of T Shirts when I saw it on Sat

Just wondering if anyone knew if any understudies will be on Tuesday or Wednesday?
Have seen ITH with full cast twice and have been wanting to see a few people on.
Any help would be great!
Thanks!
Anyone know if a performer named Marcus I believed has started the show yet?
He was doing a production at a regional theatre I ushed at, but left to do ITH which I totally gasped and squealed when I heard the news.
I'll get my playbills later and figure out his full name.
So far they haven't added any one new to their website.
Antuan Raimone's a vacation swing starting next week I think? He was supposed to start July 15, but no clue if that date has changed. That's the only new name I know.
