Tony Awards - First Hour (7pm)

I looked online and can't seem to find any information indicating if the pre-broadcast awards (7pm EST hour) are being broadcast anywhere or can be streamed online. The TONY site isn't helpful. Anyone know? Thanks!

The Second Screen service said that they'll be doing the Creative Awards. I think someone says they'll be done during commercials rather than before?
