I'm going to the book signing! The New York one, though. I might also go to the Philidelphia one, just so my friend can get her book signed (since February 21 is during the winter break, she's going to be away until the 27th).
Hey guys. I'm new here...I just found out about this website. I've been searching through the boards a little and found this thread. I'm kind of new to the world of RENT, but I saw the movie and LOVED it. I'm going to see the tour in Cleveland next month, and hopefully on broadway in May. I wish I lived closer to ANY of the cities where Anthony is doing a book signing. He is so great. But I will try to keep up on this thread now. Anyone have any pointers or anything? lol...
Relating to the comment where anthony's "****"s were cut out, I thought you could only say **** once in a PG-13 movie, but it Rent it's used twice.

Welcome, jlc6314! Glad you loved the movie, and I hope you enjoy the play, too.
Pointers for this thread? Try not to be away from it for more than a day or two, because unread pages pile up quickly, and it can be a bitch to read through all of them. Also, try not to take anything we say too seriously, and, well, love Anthony Rapp. But I'm guessing you've already got that covered, judging by your (very pretty) icon and the fact that you're on this thread in the first place.

Opiv, I would skip school to go to it too, but fortunately that's not necessary. I'd skip school to go to the 10th anniversary concert, though. (It's on a Monday). Not that it matters- education is not the thing getting in the way of that. *Drools at the prospect of $1000*
Hope to see you there Wandering Child! I'm going probably with a couple of my friends who are also huge RENTheads. (They both went with me to the RENT screening he was at.) I'm so excited!!!
One of them, my friend Jaime, and I, are working very hard on getting to the anniversary concert. Mind you, this will involve me flying one way from Florida to New York and then one way from New York to Chicago, ON SPRING BREAK, and it will be obscenely expensive. But this shall not stop me from going! This is for Anthony and the rest of the amazing cast!!!

The thing is, I *have* the money to go. And I'm only a subway ride away. But the money's in the bank, and my mom doesn't want me to spend, well...it'd be pretty much all of it for one event. No matter how amazing. But I'm working on it. Slowly but surely. Because I *cannot* miss this.
I'm so excited for you guys that are going to the signings! I bet it'll be a great time. I'm kind of bummed that I can't go to one. New York's a long drive and I don't have the time or money (mostly the latter---and to think, I've never even been to New York!).
The day after each signing, y'all will have to post pictures and tons of wonderful stories!
well we got a while lol soo if anyone can get me the 25 dollar front two rows tickets for the 10 an. Ill pay you back lol jkjk so I have a question how much is a ticket at the neverland for anyday lets say I wnt on a week day for orch tickets not thru ticket master how much would that be?

Has a Pittsburgh book signing been scheduled yet? *hoping*
