Burn This was announced in August, but we're still awaiting further information. When Head Over Heels finally announces its closing, I wouldn't be surprised if it takes the Hudson.

I HIGHLY doubt it's coming this season...hence the winking-face. And Bruce doesn't leave the Kerr until 12/15 which would be too late for the holidays.

I'm not thinking we should be expecting anything in Broadhurst, Brooks Atkinson, or the Sondheim. While those show's grosses aren't stellar, they aren't shutting down quite yet. And I don't think we can preemptively close The Prom yet. I'm expecting Girl From The North Country in the Kerr, Hillary and Clinton at Circle in the Square, and who knows what'll go into the Hudson or the Cort. With the West End extension, I doubt Company will come in this season. The slot at the Hayes is a big question mark at this point. At this point I think possibilities could be Jagged Little Pill, maybe a bway transfer of Days of Rage, or even a transfer of the new Kitt-Logan musical at the very last minute. Who knows though?

I think Burn This takes the Hudson once Head Over Heels packs it in. Whether that takes place this season or next season, however, remains to be seen.

My hunch is that the Lunt-Fontanne becomes available before the Broadhurst, Sondheim, or Brooks Atkinson.
Agreed that most likely, North Country goes to the Kerr, Clinton to Circle in the Square, and Burn This to the Hudson. And that Hadestown is likely to come in this season. Maybe Jagged Little Pill. But it doesn’t seem like those producers are rushing it, which is encouraging.

Hadestown is still, supposedly, intending to come this spring. I would expect Girl From North Country as well. Jagged Little Pill and Moulin Rouge seem to be next season. Dreamgirls seems dead in the water at this point.
Rumour now says that Hadestown is looking at CITS again, which is definitely a change of course since last year but would make sense. It would suggest that they're waiting for Once On This Island to announce a January closing before announcing they're taking that theatre. (IF that info is accurate and IF they are still intending to transfer and IF ooti closes in January)
In terms of closings I think Waitress, Beautiful, and Anastasia are probably safe for this year. I would expect to lose Head Over Heels, and Once On This Island by January. Possibly Summer or King Kong as well.

Too Late, but the Imperial could be open late may/early june. So the season would be over but still.
Also yes, I think Ain’t too proud will flop only because, theres been zero buzz, no names in the cast, and that its very much like motown. (And the last motown revival had to close up shop VERY early)

I’ve heard nothing but good things about AIN’T TOO PROUD. I won’t fully judge it before I see it, but it sounds really fun and entertaining. If anything, SUMMER will take away from its grosses, if that show is still around in the spring.
Motown revival might have folded quickly, but that’s because it had no momentum coming from the tour. The original Motown closed prematurely when it was still doing well to make room for Harvey Weinstein.

All they need to do is update the book, and cast some names and they should be good. But I agree with you

If HADESTOWN was ready to come in (meaning they have their financing in place) and wanted CITS, they could announce tomorrow. ONCE ON THIS ISLAND is still there only because there is no other show ready to move in to the theatre.

My friend got approached about investing in Spiderwoman with Audra. So that solves that. But they're not sure if that will make it in this season or next.

I agree. I do not think Hadestown is at all considering CITS. They have now spent 2 years trying to reimagine and reconfigure it to fit in a traditional proscenium space. While they could technically shove the National set (with a turntable) into CITS by removing the 400 section, I don't think they want to do that. If they wanted CITS, they probably would've stuck with the more environmental greek amphitheater design that was at NYTW. I just think it would be such a waste of time and resources to ultimately end up at a space that could've kind of housed their original staging.

Kiss of the Spiderwoman is not the Audra project with potential to come in this season. It is a limited run of Frankie and Johnny with Michael Shannon.
I know someone with Girl From the North Country said they already had talks with a Broadway theater owner and had one lined up. But its unclear if that will be for this current season or happen in the fall.
The latest rumors indicated that Hillary and Clinton is ready to take CITS after OOTI announces closing (though I so wish that musical could be a huge smash and run for years). There are several developments hinting that Hadestown was looking to do a quick turnaround after London and open at the end of the season here, but like the above poster, I highly doubt they would be after CITS when they've just invested an immense amount of time and money re-staging the show for a proscenium. I could be wrong, but it would be a very surprising development.

Is Hadestown working with a specific theatre owner now? Lunt or Hudson seem like the best bets if CITS is out of the question, but one is a Nederlander and the other is ATG. (Belasco could be great but that would be a QUICK turnaround. And last I heard, Network costs about as much as Angels in America, so maybe they hope to extend it)
Hillary makes sense for CITS or a non-Shubert theatre, since Scott Rudin already has 4 shows in Shubert houses this season, which feels like a lot for one producer and one landlord.

I was told in January from someone working on the Edmonton production of Hadestown (In a capacity that makes me trust their information) that they were absolutely not considering CITS anymore and were really keen on a more traditional staging.
From what I have heard around here, that seems to have changed. No idea how accurate that information is, but my information is old so it is definitely possible that they decided they didn't like the proscenium set up.
Amber did state in early september that they were still planning on a spring transfer.

It appears dead despite holding auditions back in August.
A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.
