Into the woods almost brought me to tears during the song No More
Of the few shows I've seen, Company & The Phantom of the Opera got me pretty emotional.

To be frank the only show that I've ever actually cried at is "Ragtime" during Sarah's funeral the end of Act I. I just didn't see it coming (hadn't read the book or seen the movie).
But among the most moving musicals I would say are also Carousel (You'll Never Walk Alone), West Side Story (ending), Fiddler on the Roof ("And God be with you?"), Les Miserables (Bring Him Home), Into the Woods (No One is Alone).
The Light in the Piazza is perhaps the most beautiful thing I have ever had the chance to listen to and see. Perfection.
The shows and their specific spots:
Sunday in the Park with George- "Finishing the Hat", "Children and Art", "Lesson #8" and both "Sunday"-s
Grey Gardens- "Jerry Likes My Corn", "Another Winter" onward
Light in the Piazza- "Dividing Day", "Fable"
Carousel- "Soliloquy", the final tableau of Act I "What's the Use of Wond'rin?", the finale
Follies- "In Buddy's Eyes", Ben's breakdown, Sally's final monologue
Pacific Overtures- "Someone in a Tree", "A Bowler Hat"
She Loves Me- The reprise of "Ice Cream" at the end
Floyd Collins- "How Glory Goes"
A Man of No Importance- "The Cuddles Mary Gave" Oh god. Don't get me started on that.
I cry a lot. Recently Gypsy also moved me (it never did), particularly Lousie and Herbie's reaction to "Everything's Coming Up Roses", "The Strip" (Why? I don't know.) and the moment where Rose embraces Louise at the end. Oh. Sorry. Spoiler. Come on folks. Who doesn't know Gypsy?

Rent- I'll Cover You (reprise)
It's true.
Sunday in the Park with George and The Last Five Years (I'm Still Hurting kills me).
I did cry at Kristin Chenoweth's last performance of "For Good" with Idina Menzel in Wicked, too.
Okay, this is pretty sad, but I tear up at the end of All For You from Seussical. She loves him so much she spent all that time and found his clover for him...*sniff*
I too would have to say SUNDAY IN THE PARK WITH GEORGE. I usually don't cry during shows, though, when Marie sings, "Children and Art", it's all over.

The Finale of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. It was like my childhood before my eyes.
I second this, but for The Little Mermaid. For no other reason except the one you just stated. I was a puddle during the entire finale sequence.
I'll also reiterate the I'll Cover You Reprise from Rent, and occasionally, the Finale.

I don't really cry at shows, but I do sometimes get moved. For near crying, or being deeply moved, I'll mention Fiddler on the Roof for one.
i cried buckets at the ending of Light in the Piazza, it was so embarrassing.
Ooh, I'm a cry baby! :) Just some examples:
- Les Mis: if I don't tear up during the first notes of the Epilogue, then definitely when the company starts the finale Do You Hear The People Sing
- Jekyll & Hyde: Once Upon A Dream
- Jersey Boys: Fallen Angel
- Avenue Q: I Wish I Could Go Back To College (the part where they sing "... and seeing the rest of the class there too" gets me every time)
- The Secret Garden: Race You To The Top Of The Morning and How Could I Know?
- The Boy From Oz: the scene where Peter confesses to his mother that his new partner is a guy named Greg and she replies "That's lovely too, son".

Rent-I saw it 4 times and still cry.
Wicked-Annaleigh and Steph's last For Good had me sobbing.
So did Lisa and Lindsay's last For Good.
And Steph and Kendra last For Good as well.
But I always cry during that song especially if whomever is playing Elphaba is crying.
Les Mis-When Fantine and Eponine come to take ValJean but only when Megan McGinnis and Lea Salonga were palying the parts.

Passion - tears me to bits.
Sunday in the Park - loved it since I saw the original, but I actually almost lost a bit of control during "Lesson #8" in this revival.
Light in the Piazza - ...oh boy... "Love if you can, oh my Clara! Love if you can, and be loved." Holy moly...
Grey Gardens - "it's my mother's house..." again, holy moly...
Once On This Island - can't even SAY: "There is an island, where rivers run deep" without a bit of a choke. I saw this a few times in previews and a couple of times during the run and think it's just a beautiful and deeply spiritual show.
's all I can think of for right now.
Adam
Definitely Xanadu.
No really. I don't cry most of the time, but never at a musical. I get sad and everything, but I don't cry. If I had to cry at something I've seen it would've been I'll Cover You (Reprise), because that was very sad.

I JUST stumbled upon 'Still Hurting' from The Last 5 Years.
Oh boyyy. Where has this song been all my life? And why did it take so long for me to discover this musical?
It's beautiful and sad.
Cry Baby made me cry that I spent money on a ticket.
James Joyce's The Dead - very weepy at the end
The Wild Party - shed a few tears during "The Low Down Down" number

The strings in "Still Hurting" are amazing. Just wrenches your heart. I actually cried during "Goodbye Until Tomorrow," though.
Anyway, I forgot to list Floyd Collins! I can't listen to "How Glory Goes" while I am driving because I get so choked up that I miss speed limit changes and exit signs!
