What's your favorite Jason Robert Brown song?

God I love him. My favorite song of his is a three-way tie "Goodbye until tomorrow"(L5Y) "The Old Red Hills of Home"(Parade) and "Christmas Lullaby" (S4ANW)

In all honesty I love just about every song he's ever written. But especially anything from Last 5 Years (my favourite show) and Parade. His solo CD is also awesome. He seriously is a genius. I could go on and on about how much I seriously worship this man, lol.

I'd have to put in another vote for "The Old Red Hills of Home," but I'd also have to say from that show "The Factory Girls/Come Up to My Office" (brilliant!) and "All the Wasted Time."

i love ALL of his stuff,
but am really in love with most of Songs for a New World.
Mainly the title song and "On the deck of a Spanish Sailing Ship, 1492."

and i LOVE his work for "Long Day's Journey Into Night." The Prologue is my absolute favorite.

I never thought I'd hear something more powerful than "I Will Follow" or more beautiful than "Someone to Fall Back On," but "Music of Heaven" beats them both. Breathtaking.

I agree that "Someone to Fall Back On" is beautiful.

Yes, Ebonic I am well aware of "And I Will Follow" from Lauren Kennedy's solo CD. It's an amazing piece...when done correctly the emotion in it is mind blowing.

I was lucky enough to hear Lauren Kennedy perform "Goodbye Until Tomorrow", "Pretty Music", and "And I Will Follow" down at the North Carolina Arts festival, accompanied by the one and only Jason Robert Brown, a few years ago. They were such spectacular pieces!

i use "old red hills of home" for auditions a lot.

"all the wasted time" is pretty great.

"flying home" might be my all-time favorite though.
