re: What's your job? What's your passion?

I am an Actor (I hate saying "Actress" ...lame)....currently in "Beauty and the Beast"...just closed 6 months of Miss Saigon. Nat'l Tour of "Joseph" as the Apache for over a year...did another tour for a year and a half with Lance Burton. Just had a 2nd callback for "Aida" (Amneris) 2 days ago....I sang it well enough so we'll see.

My boyfriend is going out on the new Will Rogers Tour in August and I am very sad about it. Very proud of him but we will be separated fropm him for a year but will visit him often.
Wanted to join the tour but, alas, I am too short.

I am just a dumb dancer, its not brain surgery but I enjoy it.

re: What's your job? What's your passion?

I go to a performing arts high school. (Sophmore)

But I dream of going to New York and hitting it big on Broadway. I sing, act, write, read, take photographs, dance.
1. Ted Allen: Everyone has an interesting life if you ask the right questions.
2. Great buckets of Spoffnor, they're going to sing!
3. "I love shrubs that are historical." -Johnny and The Sprites
4. "We're not singing it to you, we're singing it for us." -Rosario Dawson, about La Vie Boheme
5. "The best moments in reading are when you come across something - a thought, a feeling, a way of looking at things - which you had thought special and particular to you. And now, here it is, set down by someone else, a person you have never met, someone even who is long dead. And it is as if a hand has come out, and taken yours." -The History Boys
6. "Pass the parcel. That's sometimes all you can do. Take it, feel it and pass it on. Not for me, not for you, but for someone, somewhere, one day. Pass it on, boys. That's the game I want you to learn. Pass it on." -The History Boys

re: What's your job? What's your passion?

job: pre-med/vet student at NYU. I can't decide between cancer/aids research and a vet practice! lol I know they sound completely unrelated. I never knew there were so many students on the board! we are quite a young group.

passion: singing! musical theatre, animals, food, sleep :) i just want someone sing a duet with me and i'll be on cloud 9! i just wish i had the talent to actually make it in broadway. it looks like a lot of us wound up straying from pursuing our passions in musical theatre huh? :)

re: What's your job? What's your passion?

Job: tenth grade student in Michigan.

Passion: Singing. It's not so much about Broadway anymore (though, I will be Phantom of the Opera one day, that I know) it's more about Opera. I want to move to Italy, or Germany and become a famous Opera star. Then come back to the U.S. and perform at the Metropolitan Opera and Carnegie Hall.

Hopefully I'll be getting a Superior rating at State Solo and Ensemble, and can finally be recognized athe Michigan Youth Arts Festival.

re: What's your job? What's your passion?

My vocation:
I'm a graphic designer with BellSouth Advertising & Publishing. I'm also a published children's book author and illustrator.

My avocation:
I spend about 6 months out of the year working with Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. I design and construct the Broadway Bears from RENT every year. This past year I created Maureen, and I was also very fortunate to work with Anthony Rapp on his bear from You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown.

I collect movie, television and broadway memorabilia, as well as act and sing locally here in South Carolina. I was just cast in Disney's Beauty and the Beast. I'm also designing the costumes. I can't wait...this is going to be a phenomenal show!

I scoop ice cream all day and dream of the stage all night.
"This is what I trained to do, and this is what I love about theater. What I love about being an actress is being able to really look into myself and understand another human being. And out my own self, to shape and form and fashion a real human being--and to present that in such a way that people see something of themselves or their own understanding in that human being." --Phylicia Rashad
