WHORL INSIDE A LOOP ran at Second Stage in 2015"
I was lucky enough to see that - I loved it. I remember there were rumblings of it transferring to Broadway with Brooke Shields, but nothing came of it.
"There’s nothing quite like the power and the passion of Broadway music. "

The Witch, Mama Rose, Diana….."
I realize you meant Diana from Next to Normal, but my mind immediately was like “oh my god I need to see Sherie punch that mirror” in Diana.
Sh-K-Boom was folded into Ghostlight Records and I believe is co-owned by Warner Music now, and it doesn’t seem like she’s super involved anymore. Her former husband and other Sh-K-Boom co-founder is now Senior VP of Warner/Chappell Publishing, so I imagine someone else is overseeing Ghostlight.

If it were up to me, Sherie Rene Scott would've been Tony-NOMINATED and WON for playing Amneris in ''Aida.'' She was hilarious as a ditsy fashionista doing ''My Strongest Suit'' and heartbreaking singing ''I Know the Truth.''
She was sitting across the aisle from me at Aint No Mo late last year and she seemed to be having a fabulous time.
I saw her in The Portuguese Kid opposite Jason Alexander and she was sensational…quirky, endearing and a little unhinged, a really delightful performance.
I’d love to see her in something with Elizabeth Stanley, maybe playing family members as they look similar (if they’d been nearer in age they’d have been great for Side Show)…and they are both FRICKIN GODDESSES
