Okay I know there's "A Connecticut Yankee" but are there any musicals where time-travel plays a big part?
I remember hearing about Ruthie Henshall doing "Peggy Sue Got Married" in London - did that flop?
How about "Back to the Future" as a musical?

Girl Group Time Travelers with direction/choreography by Debbie Allen is still in the works.
Is it as obvious as the title suggests?
A few years ago there were several workshops/readings of a musical version of Jack Finney's TIME AND AGAIN.

"Peggy Sue" flopped in London, and sales worsened after 9/11. London's theatre industry was hit hard at that time.
I can't think of any time-travel shows besides the ones listed. I do know, however, that flash backs play a big role in MANY shows.
I would love to see "Somewhere in Time" produced as a musical.
Big is a Time Travel Musical, and it's really entertaining. I liked it when I saw it on Broadway.
There was a musical in London called Time, but I'm not entirely sure what it was about.
I'm sure there are others.

How about Camelot? The whole story is Arthur's memory as he waits on the battlefield.

If that counts than a lot of Lloyd Webber's musicals count.
Evita, Joseph, Phantom, By Jeeves...
Does Merrily We Roll Along count?
It isn't time travel but the plot does run backwards, so it isn't chronological or flashbacks.

"Does Brigadoon count? "
I don't think so.
I'm in BRIGADOON right now at my school.
They don't go back in time, they just walk into the town which is enchanted and is over hundreds of years old.

Camelot is NOT a flashback as originally written. The show orignally opened with Arthur hiding in a tree, awaiting the arrival of Guinever and her entourage. The flashback device was added for some revival along the way.
How could I forget my favorite... LITTLE ME!
On A Clear Day....okay, not exactly travel, since it's past life regressions, but pretty close.

If we're considering "memory" musicals, then "Follies" and "The Last Five Years". Also "Sunday in the Park with George" where Dot comes forward in time.
Also "Songs for a New World" jumps around in time.
